Awesome vid as always! I have a question... I live in a place where Asian groceries are kinda difficult to find, we have certain things but very basic Asian ingredients. how would you describe Ponzu if i will make it from scratch? Thanks in advance!

Thank you! To make ponzu at home, the simplest recipe can be mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar and any fresh citrus juice(lime works great) in 3:2:1 ratio : )
