Yes, this recipe was made on the stove top. In our state, it is too hot to use the oven. That is one thing that is amazing about this recipe. No oven!

The perfect recipe as the temperatures start to come down and company comes over. This my dear Rachel is one of our favorite weekend breakfasts that we'll eat as breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. What you've taught me today is that I can actually finish cooking it on the stovetop. I usually start on the stove and throw it into the oven. Thank you for this valuable information!
