Get RID of McAfee Pop ups | Fake McAfee Popups | Remove McAfee from PC

I no it might be to late by now , but look for it in notifications under 2NTRFI, and turn that off. hope that helps .

if you have pc-store try to uninstall the pc-store coz its suggesting you some antivirus to install. it works for me even though i never install mcafee just went pc store and tried to look for some anti virus think in the store and installed windows defender from the store then that ads keep popping up for mcafee. so i tried removing pc store and it works.

i have this problem even though i never insalled mcafee in my pc still pop up is coming then i uninsalled pc store and the ads never pop up but you gave me a hint how. pc store i check for some availabl anti virus and installed windows defender then the mcafee ads keep popping up so i just uninstalled pc store.

I tried to do the 2nd part to delete mcafee app but it didn't let me, said I couldn't delete it so I tried the 3rd process which was disable all the mcafee listed which I did for 3 and couldn't for 2, but those ads stopped. I really thought I would have to take it to the shop. Thank you

Dude try this . Go to your chrome settings , privacy and security, site settings, and then turn off notifications and pop ups from official mcafee site . It worked for me . Wait i will link a vid for explanation. It's not in english ,but u will get it

I have attempted to uninstall - However I have another screen pop up that is warning if I uninstall I wont be protected and half the screen is visible and wont allow me to scroll to the end of the image to still select uninstall. So McAfee still stays there. Any suggestions?

Couldn't find McAfee but uninstalled PC App Store and I will tell you if this was the culprit if I no long see the pop-ups. Actually further research has confirmed other users have this problem with PC app store. No sign of a McAfee pop up after my uninstall.

When ever I have deleted a program in the past I have found files that have been left over via File Explorer. I then delete them and if I cant I then open them and delete and keep opening the ones I can't delete to the bitter end. There are some files that can not be deleted although the vast majority have been. Not take much time. Is it best to also used these methods also or perhaps 1st? Thanks
