In the full lecture lecture I dive into the world of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), hidden toxins lurking in our food and cooking methods. I'll uncover how these compounds accelerate aging and increase the risk of chronic diseases. Join me as I explore the surprising link between our diet, aging, and disease. After watching you will understand what ages are AGEs and simple changes you can make to your cooking and eating habits to protect your health. Don't let your food age you prematurely!
In the coming months there will be a few lectures on various topics. Make sure you’re subscribed to be notified when they are released!

@@IntelInside2020 this doctor is unbelievable. I had a complete LAD blockage from blocked stents after COVID. Everyone wanted to do open heart surgery. I am in the cardiac field. I didn't agree. I visited Dr. Jamnadas. He didn't agree either. He performed a 4 hour procedure on me and the skill level that he posseses is amazing. I have seen and had dozens of cardiac caths but this man is at a whole different level. He's a genuinely kind human being and *d have died a year ago if not for him

In reality, its impossible to get rid of ages totally in our lives. I'll just stick to intermittent fasting, regular exercises, stay hydrated, eat a balanced healthy diet and avoid fried/processed food/snacks as far as possible. Period.

The AGEs you eat are much less important than the ones created in your own body, say in your glycated kidney cells. Some fasting can indeed not only stop glycation but reverse it! Especially 72-96h fasts, which will not slow metabolism or reduce muscle but WILL release stem cells and do much more for the body! The many benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering dietary carbs: Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps with autoimmune disease, cancers and cytokine storm. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion growths pathogens and plaques by macrophages and other immune cells. This will remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Fasting and low carb help with POTS, which is driven by high insulin and blood sugar. Clotting and fibrin are inhibited, stopping any 'unusual' clots. Clots and plaques are removed over time due to accelerated phagocytosis. Fasting reduces cortisol over time and improves your circadian rhythm. Fibrosis aka scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart, lungs and clots. When insulin is high, vit D stays locked in the blood cells but fasting quickly lowers it. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, reducing inflammation and allowing the immune bodies to move freely through the body. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections. With age, the thymus stops making as many of them but fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating), which causes cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility for some women. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitochondrial DNA. Good mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Over time fasting normalizes stomach acid levels and during the fast acid levels go down to allow for the healing of ulcers. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Your brain prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal measure to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Fasting increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood. This stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, which can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors that excrete insulin or certain rare forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all or only with doctor supervision. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis and done under doctor supervision. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast with a low carb meal. I volunteer work on a farm in western Massachusets where they make raw milk, some cheese (both pasteurized and unpasteurized (raw milk)) and grass-fed beef and pork (which I don't eat, but I do feed the pigs). The cows eat grass, and hay and baleage in winter and well water . . . that's it. I eat at least a pound of beef every day, raw butter, raw milk, water, coffee (and I will knock down some peanut butter or coconut choc chip cookies I make (with butter), or some non-chemical ice cream (no polysorbate, mono/di glycerides, corn syrup, other non-food bullshit, etc). Hi Dr. Pradipt! Glad to see you posted a video! You caught me fasting 😊 I started last Friday at 4pm but ate one meal Sunday when we went out to eat for Father’s Day Was going to break my fast today with a big salad but decided to go for another day. I am hungry though Not sure why Last time I fasted I didn’t feel as hungry Update This morning I was so weak and with no energy And felt yucky Come to think of it I believe I was having dehydration symptoms from not consuming enough water and electrolytes So this morning I ended up having a regular breakfast medium size and ended up having diarrhea Will be having a healthy salad at about 4pm and call it a day or just not eat at all until tomorrow and just drink plenty of water 💦

Simply put. If our diets consist of foods closest to its natural form, fresh fruit, veggies, good quality protein, beans, seeds, herbs and spices well be fine. Get rid of the excess sugars, and don't eat too much carbs. Do this with regular daily physical activity and our bodies WILL look after itself. It's so confusing with the different advice our there. But there are fundamental principals that if we stick to it, we'll live as long as we possibly can.

It took around 8 months for all these problems to resolve. I'm completely pain free and never felt and looked healthier. Since 2020 I've only been eating fatty meats, seafood, eggs and dairy. Prior to that I was eating the mainstream version of a healthy diet (lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, low fat, eating the rainbow etc) for decades and watching my health slowly decline. Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Gary Fettke, Dr Benjamin Bikman, Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, all helped me get my health back.

Diet is great but the most healing comes from fasting, which quickly gets liver fat out of the body and leads to organ regeneration through growth hormone and stem cell release. Fasting quickly lowers blood pressure levels. Clots and plaques are removed over time due to accelerated phagocytosis. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. What brand of Inulin + FOS is recommended? I’ve searched for a combination product but haven’t found one. I purchased Anthony’s Organic Inulin Powder and NOW NutraFlora FOS.

WHAT❗W H A T ❗. You mean Dr. you NEVER eat OR Re-Heated Food❓. Really OMG ! You must NOT 🚫 know how it feels 2-B poor. We poor & lower income people DO have to Re-Heat Food ALL the time. We don't have the luxury of buying food and being as wealthy as you & others are & having enough 💲 to frequently buy Food as much as you do. WE HAVE TO RE-HEAT OUR LEFT-OVERS.

@@michaelhimes8778 Beans and rice is sugar to your body. Carbs are poison and definitely not wanted in the human body.

Dr. Pradip, can we schedule an appointment with you? My sister and I have started intermittent fasting, avoiding sugar, breads, and processed foods, but I'm still experiencing some inflammation. I have tried calling your office and left messages, but no one has returned my calls.
