As you say to listen to my body and eat if I want I just can't do it i feel like something is blocking me even when I need to eat more bc im a teenager yet and i have to grow and even when I wont be fat But your films helps me i guess and then i think that im not alone with this

Lately I have tried cashew butter and am loving that! And my favourite breakfasts are ones that include a bowl with yoghurt, nuts, seeds, bran or granola and soy milk. I will try adding some nut butter to it just to remind me of you!

I've been having a lot of cashew butter lately, too! It's really easy to make so I tend to buy a big bag and just blend it up myself to save some $$. That breakfast sounds wonderful :)

What helps me is i eat a big breakfast I feel like its more helpfull cause it boosts your metabolism and stops you snacking or feeling hungry way until dinner time and then i eat a small healthy dinner or on weekend a bad dinner, Ive gained some weight but its okay because im not balding anymore and nobody like a bald bitch

I'm recovering from anorexia and I don't know how calories I need in a day.Yep, I'm a boy,my height 172 and my weight under 50 kg,sometimes I restrict myself but I'm trying so hard to eat my fear food and whatever whenever I want.Please help(hope you read it) and I having extreme hunger. Thanks for your comment! If you are experiencing extreme hunger, then listen to that. I don't know your age, but based on my viewership analytics (late teens to early twenties), it tends to be recommended to eat 2,500-3,000 kcal per day, so I suggest you try that out! :)

Look up the minniemaud guidelines! I’d recommend following them if you want to recover and gain weight :) they suggest eating at least 3000 calories a day

I prefer Almond Butter! I wish I had the your strength and courage Currently relapsing and I don't know how to get out anymore but can't go ip again because school and I'm doing my driver's license in 2 weeks And after that I'll turn 18 and would have to go to a psych ward for adults :(

I've been toying with vegetarianism for most of my life, but have only really become fully vegan about 1.5 years ago (I found it important to focus on my recovery first, and I'm very thankful that I approached it this way :))

Transition was super easy. For one thing, now there are so many alternatives to animal products. Next, one I learned the truth if heath issues and the animal industry I was completely done. Veganism isn’t an eating disorder if you are following your moral, ethical and health beliefs. How is it for you?

Hi❤️ sorry if I bother u but can I ask u a question? Now I’m eating about 2500-3000 calories a day and I’m ok with it. With this amount of food and calories I’ m never hungry and I feel better😍. But when I’ll be weight restored how many calories should I eat? Should I restrict them?

You should be able to keep eating the same amount of kcal, as your body will adjust :) I talk about this a little bit in my upcoming video xx

Yes! I've been getting it since the end of 2017. It was very regular until I changed my birth control (start of 2018), and then it got a bit whacky but still very much there every month. Then, earlier this year, I missed two or three cycles in a row (likely also because of the birth control and/or the iron deficiency it caused me XD)... but it is back ;)

WoW, i was nearly there with being vegan, but then no period for 90+ days, so i moved back to meat eating: that's why, because of the fear of loosing IT again, i've decided on KEEPING meat in: slowly turning to pescetarianism and further, baby steps!
