I really love the more casual content you are producing! It feels so nice to put on while I'm making dinner or cleaning things up around the house. And meal videos like this also encourages me to eat more intuitively. Sometimes it feels like eating a "healthy" diet is unattainable, but I appreciate videos like this!!!

I LOVE that you teach me how to use the vegetables that I find at my farmers market. I definitely want to be more intentional around eating vegetables that are in season. There were leeks at my farmers market this week and I had no idea how to cook them so I really really appreciate this!!

I use the whole leek (minus the roots) for my creamy soups. I like it when there is more dark green. It gives the soup a nice green color.

I don' t know why but I am amazed by the colours of the first few seconds so far. It looks so beautiful. Creamy, sunny, somehow cozy. And I never use words like "amazed" without actually meenig them in a non hyperbolic way. My tree fared better than the previous years btw. It was very freshly cut and we even cut of a bit before puting it in the holding contraption that is also a vase. Maybe that helps it sucking up the water...

Resting is not an act of rebellion against capitalism, it's just something healthy that everyone should do and in fact vital for your health. You don't need an excuse to do it! But if it makes someone feel better about thinking of it in that way, then whatever works lol

I’ve been thinking a lot about how to eat ancestrly if that makes sense? Like I’m canadian…you know their ain’t an avacado nowhere, it’s not really natural for me to eat those tropical foods in my location and I want to start eating locally only. It’s just a shame that a lot of edible plants are not utilised like cattail roots and dandelions
