Dr Hyman thinks nobody can disagree with his pegan diet! I watched an interview with Dr Mark Hyman and found it very disturbing! kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYOvlplvgNB9d6M “Peganism” is something he has written 14 books on, astonishingly many of which were New York Times best sellers! 🤯 His bastardisation of the truth boils down to another pocket lining fad diet. He “claims” his “middle of the road” diet is better on environmental grounds, but seems to have a total moral disconnect towards animals. There is no ethical middle of the road! Whilst I applaud his condemnation of dairy, factory farmed and processed food as poisonous to the human body. He is however encouraging people to use sheep and goat milk, free range eggs and grass fed beef! 😳 He uses blue zones to support his theories where people live the longest. 🌱 While blue zones do have a high plant and low meat content, the less the meat the longer the longevity, so this is nonsense and does not prove his diet to be a gold standard. “Averaging out consumption in blue zones, people ate about two ounces or less about five times per month. And we don’t know if they lived longer despite eating meat. People who lived the longest were vegans or pesco vegetarians, who ate a plant-based diet that included a small amount of fish.” www.bluezones.com/recipes/food-guidelines/ He even uses an anecdote of a friend who went vegan and couldn’t lift weights after 3 days! He talks about veganism alongside Palio like it is simply a diet and doesen’t seem to care or understand what it is all about. He argues you should “eat what god made,” but what about what god wants? Hundreds of studies have shown that animal protein and heme iron are linked to cancer and are bad for the human body. 😷 Any amount of meat is bad for the human body however it is produced. 🤒 www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fonc.2019.01540/full Also if he cares so much about the environment, then how does he think everyone being on grass fed beef would work out? 🔥🌍 www.ox.ac.uk/news/2017-10-03-grass-fed-beef-good-or-bad-climate His work is nonsense and based on anecdotes and logical fallacies and is all about supporting his theories and lining his pockets. He simply uses a few truths to sweeten his lies. I find his total lack of regard for animals and his ideology which is subtlely and yet clearly based on human superiority and dominion, sickening! 🤬 If you want trustworthy well researched dietary advice then go here. ➡️ kzbin.info kzbin.info/www/bejne/pp61nHyXj5KUfZI

The problem for a lot of people is the lack of acess to organic natural food, we have no idea where a vegetable was cultivated, if the cow was grass fed or if the fish is filled with mercury. The options are very limited in most countries, and when they do have the option of healthy stuff, it's usually way more expensive.

There are options in developing countries. North America is the big big problem. Most people not living in major cities only have access to processed food unless they grow it themselves. But people don't know how to grow their own foods anymore because no one is teaching them. But there are a lot of videos on KZbin now that teach how to grow tomatoes and carrots and greens. The internet is a God send for that!

Luke 12:22-31 Do Not Worry Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you-you of little faith! And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. Pray and listen to the Holy spirit in you and what it wants, you know what your body wants because God is telling you, be courageous and follow him more, God be with you all

I don't know where to start from, cause I'm still in surprise and yet to believe that I've been truly cured and totally free from HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS. I got the complete cure for my 7 years Genital herpes here on KZbin, meanwhile! it still this same KZbin most people always keep blaspheming about that one can't find a cure just as they believed that there's no cure to herpes virus anywhere in the world simply because they have been brainwashed by those so called Medical Doctors who continuously fool them with Modern medicines, vaccines and antiviral drugs from the Hospitals and Labs. Modern medicine doesn't cure herpes and it can never get rid of it, because Modern medicines and drugs every time do pass through different and lots of chemicals during the manufacturing process, and they are all full of fake!. And some other foolish people believe that Hydrogen Peroxide, detoxing, fasting and going raw can get them cured,,,,, lol! those are time and energy wasting because those protocols or methods are all bullshit! None of those protocols works. The main purpose for antiviral drugs such likes of Acyclovir, Famciclovir, Valacyclovir is to suppress the itching and spreading of the herpes virus inside the body through blood, most cases the antiviral drugs are every helpful in reducing pains when one is experiencing an outbreak just as Oregano Oil is helpful as well, but they can never get you cured. I used natural roots and herbs to eliminate my long term genital herpes and all thanks goes to my lovely DR. IDUMEBOLO who prepared me the herb treatment. I stumbled on a video about herpes here on KZbin when I saw people's comments testifying about Dr. Idumebolo on how he got them cured from herpes disease with his effective herbs medicine, so I copied the doctor's contact from one of the comments. I gave it a try and it worked for me too, just 11 days of using Dr. Idumebolo's herbs medicine I got my complete cure from my genital herpes of so many years. I used Dr. Idumebolo's herbal medicine, and I'm here boldly telling Y'all that herpes truly has a cure and it's only with the help of natural roots and herbs. My doctor Idumebolo prepared the herbal medicine cure for my genital herpes and he shipped it to me via UPS,,,, and within a week the herbal medicine was delivered to me in my residence here in Montgomery, Alabama. I'm so excited to be completely cured from herpes virus.... Thanks to doctor IDUMEBOLO, your herbal medicine truly works and it is so effective and powerful. I love this guy, a doctor that believes in preventative nutrition for health, this is so rare. Science is amazing but it's used for so many bad things to make money. Im vegan mostly, but i dont think everyone needs to be. Everyone has their own path. As long as we can support farmers, organic food, but also make it more available and less expensive so more ppl can eat better I believe is so important. I want to travel the world and go to different farms and see different ways of life and how different it is than city life in America. I know we have so much to be thankful for and we have advances and tech to make our lives easier, but ppl are still unhealthy, depressed, toxic, etc and its affecting my life and the ppl around me. So this is a huge topic, FOOD is life. My favorite books to read are nutrition books, and books on noticing how corrupt big corporations are. Its a field I am interested in and want to be a part of, but im not sure what that path is. But i would love to go to school for nutrition and holistic health.

such an important video! it seems like so many people - even if they are into personal development - neglect this aspect of good nutrition! i see these fitness youtubers eating junk, motivational speakers being overweight... i feel like proper fuel for your body should be the starting point for ANYONE who wants to accomplish anything! at least that is how i treat my body so i can accomplish the huge goals i set for myself...

Wait a minute the foods we eat affect our mood and health who would have thought. It's amazing how the basics are so misunderstood in this world.
@shapienails30676 жыл бұрын
I for one defiantly believe food is behind mood/mind disorders' ..Within 6- 8 months I was weaning myself off anxiety medication I was on for 4 years . Been on a Keto lifestyle for 4 years & have not once had to go to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack - due to an anxiety attack . BTW I enjoy everything Dr. Hyman talks about :)

When I stopped eating meat (after 30 years) and became a vegetarian eating organic foods my health, energy, and strength all improved. It's infuriating that so many people don't know that diet is the single most important driver of healthiness.

Plants have high oxalates.....I feel better eating meat.
@terryntown4 жыл бұрын
Absolutely agree that diet is the MOST important factor in personal health. Organic foods help to stop us from intake of pesticides (such as glyphosate etc) that damage our gut microbiome. Modern humans evolved over 2+ million years (96% plus of our time on earth) eating optimally an animal based high fat diet with whole plants (unprocessed slow release carbohydrates). It was only around 10 thousand years ago that we domesticated grains (start of farming) that allowed us better store food for the winter etc. Unfortunately ground grains and eventually sugar (around 300 years ago) have been devastating to our health) conspired to make us fatter and shorter. Around 100 years ago high pressure rolling mills were invented to extract oil from seeds (cotton, corn, sunflower, safflower, canola & soybean). Most of these seed oils are solvent extracted and are dangerously high in polyunsaturated Omega6 with much smaller content of Omega3.

If god is real, and god made man in his own image. Then god made twinkies and twizzlers and black tar heroin! Don't give me that satan bullshit until you give me his head on a spike with DNA evidence to back it up. God is just something we made up to comfort us against our fear.

There's a doctor named dr. McDougall and I just recently saw one of his videos how he professes how a complete starch diet a heavily full diet with mostly starch is what you need to thrive so I mean it goes against all this thinking yet he was such a renowned and respected doctor and nutritionalist I just don't get it there's just too much opposing schools of thought out there and it's really confusing!

Starch is highering blodsugars... No good for People with diabetes..
@stevefurniss38114 жыл бұрын
I agree, there is so much conflicting advice. That said, what makes starch sticky is sugar, and I don't see anyone advocating a high sugar diet.
@Randomiz5004 жыл бұрын
If you only gotten to dr. McDougall, you havent researched enough.. The game changers, what the health and so forth theirs alot of good docu's and channels like live kindly Went vegan (60%raw, no refined oil or sugar), lost a lot of fat and gained almost as much muscle

zorroon milkavitch you are so right. It is mind blowing! Trying to keep my high blood sugar down. Every video you see, tells you to either eat veggies, nuts, fruit, while next one says, eat very few veggies and high protein. So confusing. Both sides show scientific research to prove their hypothesis. What to do!

He talks about the balance of foods and finding what works for your body. He talked about trying all kinds of different eating plans and finally finding what he thought was the best ideas and using those parts of them. I liked the talking about the correlation of how the food chain works together, and the dhow to follow the money . I agree with how food affects peoples behavior and how to fix it, since I think that is part of what is going on with these violence driven acts now. Part of it is frustration and not enough to do, but it is also what they are eating affecting the behavior that they may not normally do, and it being put up with or allowed.
