Hey Will, if you want a fun and interesting challenge try training in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym every day for a week. It works out unusual muscles, and the endurance/flexibility needed for it is insane. It's hard to explain it verbally, but I'd bet money that you'll enjoy it more than you expect

@Dynamite Hand Adana Catch wrestling is legit, I'd love to see Will do that too. People who make comments like yours usually have never trained in a combat sport. I've trained with lots of catch wrestlers and what usually happens is they outwrestle me until I submit them. In my experience, a good catch wrestler beats BJJ and a good BJJ fighter beats catch wrestling. They're very similar sports
