According to my calendar this weather program could either be from 2007, 2001, 1990, 1984 or 1978. But if I know vaporwave right and if you look at how outdated the quality is this is probably from either 1990 or 1984.

Cang the footage is from 1990 im pretty sure. it's from the weather network (the canadian weather channel) and the lower display line seems to use the font from the weatherstar 3000 instead of the less blocky, more natural looking font used by their later weatherstar 4000s in 1993-96
