Whoa, with the salary cap, seems like all your eggs in one basket to me (however, how do you break up that kind of firepower? Difficult to be critical of their situation all things considered). Their team will need to win ASAP, and it sounds like cap issues in the near future with the way they are spending. I struggle with these elite guys demanding so much money, you lower your odds of winning the cup (the childhood dream, the inspired reason you play the game hard to begin with); maybe even could create a little resentment in the locker room down the line, who knows. On the other hand, you win it all, (maybe even multiple times) management looks genius.
