Ed and team, the big takeaway is true leadership. As a military officer I spend much time and energy developing others. I'm inspired by him enhancing thier financial lives, giving them opportunities that would otherwise not be accessible. It only takes one person, one door opening, to set a person ablaze!

Instead of just watching this interview passively I decided to share the 3 takeaways which resonated with me the most. 1.) Sacrifice for your dream or the dream itself becomes the sacrifice. 2.) Life isn't happening to you, it's happening for you. The meaning your attach to certain circumstances is what makes or breaks you. 3.) Be happy and present to the moment regardless of where you are on your journey. Enjoy the process. Awesome video!

I grew up fairly wealthy up until recently, I was working with my dad the last couple of years but unfortunately he lost everything almost a year ago and has a crazy cancer that seems to be relentless. I am now taking care of my parents and siblings and my wife and baby. I'm upbeat and I know I'm going to be much wealthier than even my dad could imagine. I also have a bit of an insecurity because my family has been crushed and my dad's ex partner who stole millions from him is now living the high life and only made his money a few years ago after partnering with my dad. So yes, I'm going to be bigger and better than everyone I know around me and I'm going to raise up my family again in the near future!

Wow...my favorite part of this interview was where Andy addressed how kids are being programmed today to think they are all equal, they will all be multi-millionaires, not keeping score in games, etc.Just so glad that I'm hard on my kids and push them to excellence and to be patient. So glad my parents were the same way--if you lose, you get up and strive for excellence the next time, and repeat. So many lightbulb moments watching this interview. Two Great Men!

Wow.... so MANY outstanding take-aways! One of the most curious things about the interview for me was the "scar story" from Andy. I always looked at his scars as something that made him look like a BADASS that kicks-ass in life and business. It was so stupid for me NOT to never considered the fact that he actually went through a serious depression about it... Loved how he was able to turn his perspective and meaning about it.

Great content Ed! You are a dude who deserves to be where you are because of your attitude. You have a great attitude and your attitude is most effective when the hour is bleak and all odds are against you. I say it all the time, "When times are challenging, when the future looks grim and all odds are against you, that's when you need to shine - it's when you need to bring the fight." I carried this same mentality with me through the fight in Iraq, into the security company I currently own. It pays dividends!!!! I would always tell my Marines, "You can stand here and think we're screwed, or you can pony up and make the enemy wish he never chose to oppose us!" Intestinal fortitude is the core of successful people. You have done your time and your servanthood demonstrates your character. Proud of you my friend!

I found this video Thursday March 7th 2018. A few hours later I was going to pick up a child go drop them off at a daycare. I found out that this wasn't true. I was set up by the Detectives. I thought maybe they thought that I had drugs or something and so I let them check my van. Found out I need a NCPCN permit. Now I never heard of this at all. I did my research on what I need for running a children's transportation service here in nevada and even ask the state when I was getting my business licence and they didn't tell me anything. Now my business is closed and they towed my van. But I remembered this video because it remind me that I should give up and even though it's going to be hard for a while I will be back.. Thank you for this video
