I’ve been off for 16 months and still struggling with some things. I went from 150-0 in 3 months only going as low as 37.5. I was on it for 17 years

Whae does 'removing beads' mean at 1:02. Sorry if that's a dumb question..

If you open up the capsule by twisting it. There’s hundreds of little beads inside that make up the medication. You can remove them one by one, or take out as many as you need to go down at the percentage you want. This allows you to go down at a much slower pace than what is recommended by most doctors. It’s easier for your brain to adjust. It requires some math and preparation but it’s worth it to a lot of people.

Oh that makes sense, I always thought it was a powder. I'm not sure coming off of it is such a good idea for you. Is it essential? I went from 300 to 150 mg, and I would not wish the experience on my worst enemy. I also don't want the panic attacks that it basically erases. The lower doses were awful for me too. Happy at 150 mg:).@@FightingBack203
