How do you like the cast iron? I can't use a jet engine in my home but I have big ol' 12lbs hunk of metal that I use for stirfry. I found out if I let the wok burn in for 5 minutes on medium heat and then crank it to high when cooking, it's almost as good as a open flame.

@@GalokVonGreshnak the same here.. you see me waving my hand over the wok… that’s checking the heat.. I love the castiron woks and use them most of the time im cooking steaks.. depending on what you’re cooking determines the amount of heat needed.. remember all wok cooking doesn’t require high heat .. checks out some of my other wok videos.. thanks for watching

I love cast iron and a benefit of a wok is the high heat center and cooler sides if the wok is carbon steel. Iron gives a more even heat a stays hot longer.
