Egg Fried Rice Recipe, easy & delicious!

This recipe of Egg Fried Rice will be ready in a matter of minutes, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
3-4 cups of cook rice (rice of your choice)
3-4 Eggs
1 cup of mix vegetables
1/4 cup chopped green onion/ scallion
1 tbsp shredded carrot (optional)
1 tbsp mince onion
1 tbsp mince garlic & ginger
3 tbsp dark soy sauce (more if you want it darker)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Pinch of salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
