I use freezer paper just so the muffins don’t stick together, also I let my muffins thaw out the night before that way the condensation water is released before microwaving

Oh perfect! This is such an easy way to have them ready beforehand. You can omit the sausage too if you just want eggs!

I love freezer egg cups. One more thing I have started doing...I purchase an extra 18 eggs and freeze the eggs. They are fantastic. When I run out of fresh eggs, I put a couple of frozen ones in a dish in the fridge the night before I need them for breakfast. I sauté some mushrooms, season the already beaten eggs and add them to the mushrooms.
