I’ve noticed a lot of cooking channels have been poppin up in my feed, which do the cooking video style similar to yours (one ingredient at a time, no talking, etc.) yet I feel like yours are the superior versions. Clean shots, comforting and relaxing. I keep coming back to your channel. And this recipe looks amazing, I might need to try it!

Hi from India! Happy to see Indian recipe. Tip to improve this.... Once you blend the gravy.... Saute it till it releases oil from the sides and then add fried egg plant. Garnish it with chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Fenugreek in curry is the best! I loooove the aroma and the taste of it. Just make sure not to burn it, or it’ll become bitter 😅

Just made this today. The curry taste lovely with the fried eggplant, I also added puff tofu for extra protein and cracked black pepper since it boost anti-inflammation level when combined with turmeric.
