A nice plate of baked Cannelloni, who doesn't like them... these WITHOUT PASTA are a valid alternative but made with aubergines, and yes the casing will not be pasta but aubergines! You'll see just looking at them they will deceive, they really look like classic cannelloni!
You won't be disappointed in the taste either... they are delicious!
A summer recipe, easy and delicious at the same time!
🌡️in the oven first only the aubergines for about 10 minutes at 175° Fan assisted 180° static
then the Cannelloni for another 15-20 minutes approximately
📝INGREDIENTS:
2 large aubergines
200 g Ricotta
80 g Cooked ham
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan or Grana cheese
Salt, pepper
Emmental cheese (or other)

400 ml Tomato pulp
Basil
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
