Was not sure where to post this, but I have your cook book which I am loving. I was hoping to find your video, if you done one, on the Maglooba dish you do. I like that you bake a lot of things instead of frying. Would you ever consider ever doing a video of this labor of love dish, your way? I would love to see those steps. It’s a lot of steps. Do you can recommend one. In the supermarket there one claims that is imported from Spain. I bought one aromatizado olive oil basil is Italian method of pressing citrus 🍋‍🟩fruits,herb, vegetables olive oils for salads fresh pasta garlic wine 🍷 vinegar. I bought in Betlehem PA in a store that only sale oils.

Yeah I noticed this especially with honey here in Sweden we have extreme expensive local honey and cheap “honey” which basically is like a syrup u can tell when the bottle is getting empty if there is not a single residue of honey on the empty walls of the bottle but instead clear sea through then u know thats not real honey

Look for male eggplants. They have less seeds. Dots=male, slots=female.
