Removed another Valve. Was a clean one but gave no issues. This one was installed with white lithium. Still waiting on a truly terrible terror to cross my path.

So Far The one I Recieved has Removed Two EGR Valves But both Fairly Clean. Will Continue to Update when I get a really bad Sooted and Silted Unit.

Not on a Maxxforce DT Cooler is on passenger side Bottom Next to Block

Mike Gon With the puller, it is the easiest way to confirm an egr cooler failure. If there is any moisture in the egr cavity, you definitely have a bad cooler. There are cases where you get codes for egr also. The valves get carboned up and stuck.

Im skeptical on tools ability to pull out a truly stuck valve. That valve was not stuck u can see the orings alone was already pushing the valve out once the bolts were removed probably could have pulled it out by hand.. I wanna see it used on a valve that doesn't even move even in the slightest when the bolts are removed and doesn't move even using a flare chisel similar to a putty knife but made for being struck with a hammer to separate to tight surfaces

I have not had a single customer in all the time selling these tell me it didn’t work. Not one. Please look at my seller feedback and comments on ebay. The only request for return is when the buyer doesn’t look at the full add and buys for a maxx 13 which this will not fit/ work on. Im a municipal fleet mechanic that designed and built this for use in our shop and the guys like using it so much that they urged me to sell to the public. It works so well that it has been copied by my own customers and sold for double the cost I sell them for. My pricing covers materials, shipping and my time to make them. @@TRENDewyZ I dont think hes neccisarily questioning whether it works or not But on these Maxxforce DT's from a dealership Perspective even with the International Puller they Break Upon removal. The Poster is correct that the Valve you removed here was not a Stuck EGR Valve. It would be Nice if you could do it a few times and Find one thats calcified and Stuck. I am tempted to Buy one Because it seems like a Much simpler design then the 2000$ Navistar Puller and I hate using it because its a Pain in the Ass.

@@TRENDewyZ I can agree with that. you have an email to send it? I doubt youtube will let me just post an address nor do I want the entire youtube knowing my address. I did not see an Email. if it works on the most stubborn like you say it does then its better then the Navistar one I work with now. 2K and 10-25%% of them still do not come out without Help and when you have to "help" them they tend to break. Ill do you that and tell all the local techs and shops this thing works wonders.
