I had this at a Caribbean/ African food restaurant in Phoenix, and it was one of the best thingsvi have ever eaten. I would love to try to make it. With fufu. So amazing

Another version is to replace the spinnach with bitterleaf and use palm oil. Amazing!

See how i opened my mouth as if you were about to put that in my mouth 😆 🤣 .The spinach is really fresh... Also, you can replace the meat with folded smoked fish, without veggies. That was dad's favorite in the 70's and 80's and 90's
