You'd have to cook or fry the egusii for atleast 30 good minutes to ensure it is well cooked or fried. If it is undercooked, you can have a runny stomach. I suggest you watch all the Egusi soup recipe tutorials on this channel, to get the full gist of how it is cooked. Watch the all tutorials again and again, before you cook. I hope this helps.

You can boil it same as boiling your beef or goat meat. Your normal onion, salt and beef seasoning plus a little bit of paprika/cayenne powder pepper. 😊
