I found the video helpful And....my question is 1. How long does it take to cook egusi 2. How will I know when I Egusi is fully cooked 😢😢😢
@chikaokereke9 ай бұрын
You'd have to cook or fry the egusii for atleast 30 good minutes to ensure it is well cooked or fried. If it is undercooked, you can have a runny stomach. I suggest you watch all the Egusi soup recipe tutorials on this channel, to get the full gist of how it is cooked. Watch the all tutorials again and again, before you cook. I hope this helps.

I can't take the hot pepper at all, it be too hot to enjoy the flavor of the food, so could I just use half of half the pepper and will it give any heat at all, I thought about just using some crushed Chilli pepper 🌶, so it wouldn't be so hot.😊

Sorry, you don't wash vegetables, especially leafy vegetables after cutting. By doing that, opening the vegetables tiny capillaries, you lose the nutrients that are water soluble to the water.
