i made this today and no word of a lie this has to be the best thai fish recipe i have tried , it was so dam easy and most of all it was so delicious i was stunned at how good it turned out even though i forgot to add the fish sauce . Thank you

Easy step by step, turned out fabulous Used an Australian Snapper, reduced chilli but regret , because it was very mild after cooking. But the the raw chilli I tasted during prep was very hot.
