It is, I had to search for a translation, what in German we call Lokalkolorit - local colours. You know, what comes naturally, when watching Eirin+ Steinar videos 🤭🙈 You really made my mouth water with the apple crisp 😮. I have been experimenting with apple cakes in the past few weeks, they are such a versatile fruit, aren't they? I love adding poppy seeds and a touch of organic lemon cest. And cinnamon, of course 😊 I agree about the crystals. I too think it's about what happens in your head while wearing them. The plazebo effect is totally underestimated, in my opinion. I'm really looking forward to your new kitchen. Is this the final colour of the kitchen cabinets? Hi Eirin, Before I watch this video, I want to say how sorry I am that I did not leave a comment in your last video. It was a very heavy video, it was very fraught with all the struggles and the mountains you have to climb and it was just very emotional. I did write a comment, and then it erased. it just would not send. So, I just wanted to acknowledge that I did see the video that you made last before this one and it was really very poignant a lot about Struggle and Healing and I understand because I deal with chronic illnesses severe pain and basically just could lay in bed all day but I have to take my service dog out and let him play ball with the launcher. All right so I'm going to go now and watch this video and hopefully this comment will not be erased and the next one after the end of this video will not be erased. Bless you, sweet Soul, awesome soul, and such a courageous person who faces and has to deal with a very heavy amount of issues. I admire you. I didn't know you are plant based. ❤ I've also been for many ears. I also have medical condition, and sometimes, some doctors here in Finland are kind of sceptical of me getting all the nutrients. That's the only downside of being plant based, because it gets kind of annoying to always prove or explain my diet.

Haha 😅 Got that covered too, me thinks; I have taught myself to be able to mentally adapt recipes, as most of my basic ones are meat- and dairy-based recipes that I adjust as I cook 🧑‍🍳 I also love to shelf cook and make up recipes on the go as I use what I have and add spices/dressings/dips to compliment the dish 🥰 Aromatics is always in the back of my mind when cooking, so that we can explore different cuisines, as well as core techniques such as baking staples 🤩 How do you like to cook?
