Develop more awareness and train your focus in a gentle way by bringing attention first to sounds, then to thoughts. We are aware of what is happening in the mind. Embracing this moment and knowing that this experience is wholesome. Where a breath can be an anchor for the mind. Where we can sense our body, observe thoughts here and now and the sounds around you.
