thank you for sharing these wonderful videos with us..just one little thing that was a little bit disturbing, is the hand of this beautiful lady grabbing the food..there are several shots where she kind of blocked the view with her hand so i could barely see the food, but other than that great job..please keep on producing new videos, they really make me happy and i feel some sort of peace deep inside my soul..appreciate all the work you put into this..

I am convinced there will always be those who strive to do more, learn more, achieve more and give more. Some may sniff at achievement and the enormous effort required to maintain such high standards but it is truly remarkable. Would love to eat there but reservations are essentially a non-starter (I tried September 23, 2022 and got "sign up for waiting list" LOL.) Nice video its put together well !! I think it would be nice to say that it is Catalan as it is an important piece of the puzzle, especially since they are successors of Ferran Adria ( El Bulli ) in a way. As well as because the name and family are in Catalan language.

This is beautiful and artistic yet watching these videos I can't help but think of 12% of the World's population that is chronically undernourished while we play with our food.

You can say that about anything, though. For example, 12% of the world's population is still starving while people write pointless comments on KZbin. The culinary art is not to blame for that unjustice just because there is food served in a restaurant. Cooking at this level is an art form just like painting and people pay millions of dollars for a painting. Money that could have saved lives. Yet, we're not rounding up art collectors and asking them to donate all their money, are we? Or what about the cruel painters who make art that people are willing to pay for? There is money enough in the world to end hunger, but the problem is so complex that attacking one single form of spending is not very helpful. Besides, chefs around the world are doing great things to help those in need. Look at Massimo Bottura and his refettorio, or José Andrés and all his efforts to feed the poor. These are chefs with fine dining restaurants just like this, but they are helping thousands of people who struggle. I'm sure your comment was well-meant, and you're not the first to say this, but I think it's a wrong focus.
