Dr. Gill, while this video is great as an OSCE exam, I would love a long-format video where you take the time to explain what you are looking and palpating for during each step. For example, why palpate the epicondyle? Is this a location prone tendon or ligament pain? If so, what are the common causes? …that sort of thing.

Hi Dr Gill, I fractured my elbow (radial head fracture) in 2021 but it’s been 4 years and I still feel pain. I’ve tried so many times to inform my GP about this and they still refer me to physio. I’m a 24 year old guy who is very active and do not really need physio. I just want my elbow to improve because every now and then, my elbow clicks multiple times in a day, I can’t even carry my baby for too long with my right arm. Please help

Unfortunately this isn’t really the forum to answer a question like that. But I would say, is that i) you know the result, and ii) you’ve an appointment booked in a while to discuss it. If there is something I’m worried about, I call the patient same day, or as soon as I can So you can be slightly reassured by that 😊
