the weapon I am using was bugged so it did extreme damage I was using it to quickly film areas with little trouble but it has since been fixed in the most recent patch that came out yesterday

I think it's possible to get only one Bloodfiend's Arm per playthrough. After you get the drop apparently they don't drop it anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong

Question: Do I have to play the DLC three times to get Stone-Sheathed Sword, Sword of Light, and Sword of Darkness altogether?

The stone-sheathed sword can become either the Sword of Light or the Sword of Darkness. You can transform the sword back and forth between these forms. If you want to have all three versions in your inventory at the same time, you might need to complete three playthroughs. I'm not 100% sure, but it seems that way.

only thing is in some of the dungeons, like where you get the sword you can turn into light or dark, there is a boss that drops twin axes and a medallion, why not say to get those while your there?

I couldnt get the sword of darkness for a reason. I killed the fire giant but I didnt collect the sword when I was running through there. When I went back to check. I had picked up the sword of light instead. I wanted the darkness sword too.
