I'm using a maxed out Rivers of Blood for those interested... bleed in this game is so good against bosses that can bleed. Mimic Tear uses what I use so it builds up bleed even more

Bleed is good but Intelligence is better. Sword of Night and Flame spam with ancient omen Bairn equipped, you’re gonna be able to 7-8 shot the boss no problem.

For those rocking a Faith build I would advise to show this dragon the Black Balde incantaion. He got absolutely melted by it, you just wait for a good opening, charge it, and follow it up with an additional attack. Easily deals around 3000-3500 damage at 50 Faith with a +25 Gravel Stone Seal.

They aren't crits. Bleed is a status that is applied by the weapon and builds up. When the bar maxes out, it deals a lot of damage. A crazy amount of damage. Mostly because it deals %health damage. The bigger the boss health bar, the more damage dealt.

If you look on the ground there are no bones on the specific mirror he lays on. When you stand on said mirror it asked you to push a button. Then you go into a cutscene and lay down

The damage is absolutely bugged and makes the weapon trash even at +10 - except the ash of war on it is absolutely amazing in pvp and pve because it staggers alot AND causes bleed. It's a great way to kill melania.

You don't have to use it. Many of my friends will not use the summons. Some fights I do and some fights I don't. It depends on how much of a bullet sponge that developers choose to make a specific boss. That is why I love Sakura so much. The developers gave the player the option and ability to defend almost every attack in the game. As long as you're timing was right and you studied the enemy enough. You could no-hit most enemies including bosses. There was no stamina bar that limited you or nefp that you had to worry about. In games like Elden ring and Dark Souls you have to worry about your stamina and your Magic Bar. These things that the NPC enemies do not have to worry about and can span their most powerful move at you. Sekiro is one of the few combat in video games that puts so much power into the players hands. No PVP involved that ends up nerfing PVE. In my opinion sekiro is still the greatest game ever made

I can't believe some people praise this boss fight, it's such a shit show for a melee builds. He constantly uses AOE attacks that you're probably just gonna eat because you cant' see them from his huge ass model.

@Liquid Schwartz nah the walk was very annoying... You have to jump down like 10 times. And that's exactly what a stake is for, it's not a grace but an easy way to retry a boss quickly.
