Niki Bronson Because it's closer to being an elder than middle age? And no 65 isn't the official senior age, because they're isn't one. Closest thing is retirement age but that's more decided by establishments and not what people themselves think. And no one said you can't function, but it's clear you're past your prime. It's all categorical, in other places at 16 your a full fledged adult. Point being it's all based on pov, and yes at 50 you are physically "old".

its JV / Wow that’s so wrong. You are not physically old at 50, my dad and lots of other people his age, does marathons, triathlons, 200 mile cycles, swimming, cricket, weekly running, strength training. He is 55, I am 18 he is much fitter than me and I am quite fit. ‘Physically old’ is bollox. And I know my dad is fitter than average but still, 50 is certainly not physically old

Yeah, the 2nd video is a crappy one. Younger people - Can't get a job without experience, but can't get experience without the job. Older people - have plenty of experience, but companies want someone who will be with them for the long haul.

Yep its those rare ones that bite the bullet and hire people with no experience that get it started. Then when those people leave that job they're your competitors and its hard. Really just have to apply to loads of places and go in person and hope for the best lol

I've seen a lot of young people get hired and they are not in it for the long haul. If they feel they don't like the company or position they were hired into they just move on. No more are the days where someone who is just starting out sticks around until retirement age. (there are exceptions of course).
