1. Avoid oversexualizing yourself (your sexuality can be kept a mystery reserved for later, also it filters out all the guys who only like your body and not you), applicable to everyday conversations but also to social media posts (pictures) 2. show softer, vulnerable, elegant, refined sides of yourself 3. avoid talking about exes 4.let him come to you. Even when he‘s shy, he‘s gonna make a move. You might wanna be a tiny bit more „present“, keep that curiosity 5.simply don‘t be rude (I thought that was a given) 6.open up to the guy, don‘t take yourself too seriously, keep it light-hearted 7.“send the invitation“ aka tiny little moments of recognition, a short look across the room, a „knowing look“, a smile, a like under a picture, basically tiny steps 8.don‘t feel the need to lay out your entire existence and inform him about everything about you, let him get to know you, it‘s a beautiful process 9.show your personality, don‘t be ashamed of who you are 10.show you care for the people you love, friends, family and him of course 11. HAVE DIGNITY. (A huge one in my opinion) aka have boundaries, know how far you‘re willing to go/what is in line with your core values & beliefs, a guy isn‘t a good enough reason for you to change. 12. be careful who you choose in any case, take everything into account, chemistry but also values & mutual respect etc. 13.practice. In the appropriate cases, of course. 14.remember that men are also complex, sophisticated human beings, they have a life, passions, families too, they‘re really not that intimidating OR that simple. Try to really genuinely get to know a human when you talk to him/her. Some additional tips from me: get comfortable in your own skin, build confidence in yourself before anything, because if you stumble into the world with unstable self-esteem, you‘re running the risk of attaching that self-worth to anything, be it men, popularity, appearance, or any other variable and equally unstable part of your life. When you have a grounded core, a clear sense of who you are and when you know that your worth is intrinsic because God knew you were worth creating, then the ease we often lack in flirting just naturally falls into place. Another big thing is, know that you don‘t need a man to survive. It is always nice to be in a healthy, rewarding relationship, but when that one guy whom you flirted with wasn‘t really feeling it, that‘s ok. There are billions of other potential matches on earth. And even if none of them are perfect, you are always aware that you are capable, beautiful, strong, intelligent, kind, and everything you ever wanted to be because every single human being has the capacity to be wonderful and self-sufficient. LOVE TO ALL OF YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️

The best advice my mother gave me was to make the "right man" chase you. A "good man" wants a woman who is self-confident, knows what she wants in life, has goals and a good personality. What you put out there is what you ultimately get back. If you are sexually suggestive by your dress, if you're loud and boisterous, and drink in excess then that's what you'll attract someone who see you as a "bootie call" and not relationship material that will use and abuse you. Demand respect by your actions and that's what you'll get. Love yourself first and you'll attract the "right man".

Wow. How did you keep the relationship from going down hill? I heard that there’s a higher chance for problems in marriage for couples who got together younger. If you mind me asking, how do you keep the love alive in your relationship?
@megandelli14 жыл бұрын
Abigail Mills we’ve had a lot of problems actually. Also because we lived together before marriage. NOT a good idea at all! But love is something that you choose every day. Our biggest problems happened right after the births of both of our children and a lot of it comes down to resentment and a lack of communication. You just have to really say how you feel, even if it hurts and deal with problems before they become big. Even if they do get big, if you have the mindset that you will not get divorced and you are a team, you can work through anything. For us, being in prayer has helped so much. You have to always be ready and willing to forgive and not hold grudges. And don’t neglect your sex life because it is very important in marriage. I don’t know if any of that made sense lol but society teaches us that love is a feeling, but anyone who has been married 20+ years will tell you there were times that they did NOT feel love at all. You CHOOSE to love someone through everything. The Bible tells us that our heart is deceitful above all things and that is so true. Use a sound mind, wisdom, and CHOOSE to love your spouse because you chose them.

The part about not sexualizing yourself is a struggle for me. We live in an over-sexed culture and tbh it was almost a form of rebellion against my mother when I did it. She was too heavy handed on wanting me to wait until marriage. Good intentions are often paved with bad execution, and it can have adverse effects. I acknowledge that I’m a sexual being (not an object), but I find if I go too heavy on innuendos and suggestive joking, I won’t be seen as long term material. So I definitely should save it for a relationship.

God bless you sister! Your videos are always valuable. I appreciate your time and effort into your videos you don't need over- the-top editing but your forethought and effective communication are really what makes this the cream of the crops. 🙏🏼❤😊

For being so young, she seems to have a good idea about how men and women relate in a healthy way.

Something I've been dealing with and healing from is not losing myself in pursuit of someone else. In the past I've had a history of giving up the things that make me...well...me, in order to become what the man (whoever he may be) wanted me to be. (Obviously my choice in men wasn't that great to begin with). 😏 But I'm healing, and learning so much more about myself--my real self--in the process.

I love your videos but on your Instagram it says you post videos every Monday and Thursdays. You seem like you haven't been lately. Not a big deal! I just love your channel and I am always happy to see when you do post. You have such lovely videos and I like to hear about what you have to say about any topic🤗

agreed on not oversexualizing! i met my fiancé not in very “lady like way” i might say... actually through Tinder 😅 it was summer, i was bored and he came to Russia from Italy for a week, so i thought “why not?”. but then i saw him. and he saw me. and we felt infinite connection as a SOULMATES, not “sex mates”. spent 3 beautiful days wandering around Moscow and getting to know each other. on his last day we indeed spent night together (which was my decision). next morning we said our goodbyes at the airport... 2 months later he moved to Moscow to live with me. 2 years together ❤️ sure, sex is important part of romantic relationships, but it’s not THE MOST important thing when you meet a right man.
