Completed this workout again for the one millionth time (well maybe not a million lol but it feels like it!). I am always so grateful for the intensity; challenging but not impossible to achieve. The only modification I have to make is to do the power knee drives right at the end because I have a recovering ankle injury and it takes me a while to get in a comfortable position with this one for some reason. 2 stones down and feeling awesome and Elani is a massive part of that. This is one of my favourites of hers. Thank you Elani 🎉

I tried two new videos today not realizing how much jumping there was. I did some jumping on the floor and used my rebounder (my joints thanked me😊) for some of the more intense jumping. Wow big difference in my bpm in two hours of exercise my heart rate was 28min

Sept 2021 & Feb 2022, are two of the older videos I did from Eleni’s channel today. The 2021 video is good and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. You can however, tell she really has improved on creating routines to really match the beat of the music. I then decided to drop it down to no jumping but still quite challenging with Eleni’s Intense Cardio Fat Burn from this year. It was another great workout day. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 thank you so much Eleni ❤❤❤

This was great! Loved the exercises and I couldn't stop sweating. Just one suggestion: Is there a way to add a countdown for the entire workout? Found myself running over to the laptop to check how much time was left several times to pump myself up. Otherwise, perfect! Thanks for the workout.

This one is just too amazing. I burnt 430 calories in 45 minutes, without even feeling I am dying. 45 minutes ran so easily and of course with lots of sweats! Great!

I just got 354 kcal burnt (by apple watch) but i definitely feel the burnt on my tummy 😉 just did this once, my tummy is tighter. And today is the second day. I hope before i go to swim on the sunday, my tummy will become smaller!!

SAFTY TIP: Please be careful at the end of this workout moving from high knees to a forward bend stretch. The head should remain above the heart to prevent a blood rush. Fainting can occur! Love these workouts, but safety first!❤

I cut my hand a couple days ago and trying to stay off my hands so this was perfect! Usually I do 30min but I pushed myself for the full 40 (though I had to default to running on the spot for some near the end haha). Great workout, thank you!

My first attempt; I substituted some of the more challenging moves with simpler ones. I didn't manage to burn 500 calories (only burnt 300) but I definitely had a good sweat with my heart rate hitting 174bpm! I love that it's a no repeat workout; always enjoy a variety anytime. I'll try harder the next time! Thank you! :)

First time doing one of your workouts. I liked it and I plan on checking out more of your videos. But I wouldn't have described this as a HIIT workout. Maybe more of a cardio workout with a couple of HIIT moves thrown in.
