Thanks Eleni. Feeling much better, positive and energized after your core workout. I even managed 40 seconds of the balancing side crunches, left leg. I couldn't perform the full movement and wobbled a lot more than you. I thought perhaps your wobble was deliberate to make me, and the other wobblers, feel better. 20 minutes all standing was perfect today.
