I don't belong to Elgi (yet) but I work in a competitor company, I have watched the full interview of Mr. Jairam Vadararaj and it is mind blowing and very insightful, I can see into his eyes that this all wisdom came from many setbacks, failures, and agility to become competitive and experience. Got to learn lots of things which I might have taken 20+ years to learn in my career. Thank you very much 😊

I’m still absorbing this and so compelled to listen, I can’t get back to work. Dr. Jairam Varadaraj shares his journey at ELGi with his son, putting in terms from experience, how to genuinely confir on every manager, white and blue collar, the vision, process, strategy and wisdom to advance a company down to the individual on the assembly line, impact effectiveness and feeling important to the cause. The epitome of a true global leader. Best I've heard on the subject. Thank you for the years or test and triumph it took to gain this insight and for the common decensy to share it with us! Ben Koops

This CEO also shares the incredible boundaries of going from a little company that had International business as maybe an appendage to being a business that develped International business as the focus. Yes thinking globally, acting locally until you are a global influence. Dr. Jairam Varadaraj shares his journey at ELGi with his son, putting in terms from experience, how he genuinely conferred on every manager, white and blue collar, the vision, process, strategy and wisdom to advance a company down to the individual on the assembly line, impact effectiveness and feeling important to the cause. Not only for his company but concern for the future of the individuals you are managing that bottom line they are here to earn an income and feel an important part in the process. Else we can all become zombies at the job. The epitome of a true global leader. Best I've heard on the subject. Thank you for the years or test and triumph it took to gain this insight and for the common decency to share it with us! Ben Koops

Firstly, it is a great experience to learn look at the world through the lens of a leader . Secondly, the explanation of requirement of leadership expertise plus domain expertise in an institution is inspiring me to inculcate these attributes within myself. Thirdly, it is so enriching for an engineer like me to get to learn such insights from industrial experts. Looking forward to work with the company and contribute to make the institution a global player.
