@@martintherattil1739 Holy mass problem not at all connected with land deals. Moreover land sales cases are with judiciary. Unified holy mass decision taken in 1999 by the synod headed by our cardinal Varkey vithayathil and started implementation from July 2000. Already approved and implemented in many dioceses in July 2000. Let the spirit of unity guide us 🙏

Then why the decision to implement it was taken by Alanchery in 2021 (as the covid was declining & churches were reopening to normalcy), he was the head from 2011. Please go thru synodal news of 1999 you will understand that the synodal holy mass rubrics were finalized after 13 years long consultation in 1999 and cardinal Varkey vithayathil signed to implement it in EKM Archdioceses by july 2000. Our own priests threatened him to withdraw the order in June 2000. Our cardinal Varkey vithayathil made CHY Archdioceses change their full alter oriented holy mass to synodal one in 1999. These information you can have from fr. Antony narikulam who closely associated with Varkey vithayathil during that time. I am not against people oriented holy mass in the church, it should be identical as far as possible. Also there should be integrity in the church with pope and synod. Let us hear with open heart don't blame others.

@@devassykuttygnalian7309 The synod took the decision in 2021 not by Alancherry. The decision they took to implement it in the remaining dioceses after seeing the holy mass in different ways in TV during corona time were our churches were closed. Don't believe in lies and telling lies 100 times will not make it true.

Obeying an injustice decision is the same as doing an injustice. Implementing Synod Kurbana is totally an injustice to archidocese of Ekam.
