One time many years ago I spent 2 hours trying to put together a chair. I was so frustrated that the one part in the diagram wasn't gripping and kept slipping out that finally I flipped out, threw the stupid chair across the kitchen, swore at it, and stomped my little feet around the living room for 10 minutes. My mom saw the whole thing and shook her head at me and said 'you're just like your dad'. Then she fixed the chair in about 5 minutes. My point is, that even though I threw something out of frustration and my mom could testify if she were called, it would not be indicative of my behavior towards people. A bottle (or chair) to the head is much more significant than it flying aimlessly across the room. Stupid behavior, but not criminal.

I'm 5ft and lived in small units joined together. The man next door to me who was just on 6ft he in his 50s I was in my middle 40s, for over a year I had tried everything to stop him playing music so loud people weren't sure if it was me or him, I'm a hsp so the bass made me want to skewer my own ears, finally out of desperation, I turned his power off, because it's on my doorstep, and waited with the longest sharpest knife I own, when he came over, I stood up so fast he nearly fell over, and whispered, I will not! Tolerate your selfish childish arrogant loud music any longer..I will have it stop, I will turn your power back on just know I've reached breaking point...he left, half hour later I felt guilty, went over and apologised and he started crying, we both said sorry, we've both had trauma, we both struggled with various forms of anxiety that eventually like hot and cold air, turned into thunder, neither of us are violent, we were both just coping with different problems in different ways, another time I threw and old 📼 vhs cover at the wall that joined our units, and it bounced back and smacked me in the face 🤭😄 maybe I should have pressed charges on myself lol. I'm not violent I was struggling hard 🙂🕊.

I’m not saying Johnny is innocent on everything being accused of. I just don’t understand if he was that abusive, why wasn’t he in jail. Yes money may talk, but in extreme cases of abuse it doesn’t matter. I've been on a few juries and I can't get over how unprofessional Depp's team is - often seeming to be laughing, smirking and chatting during testimony. It's a distraction for the jury and just in general comes off very unprofessional. I think the judge should have nipped that behavior in the bud early on in the trial.
