A full day of eating with macros and calories for just £5 a DAY!! 140g Protein! Macros, calories, recipe and price for each meal:
Coffee - 59 kcal: 6.6g C | 3g F | 1g P
18p per 100ml milk
Capsule - 60p
Total cost: 78p per coffee
Protein porridge - 441 kcal: 49g C | 13.2g F | 29.4g P
Gluten free oats 50g - 0.10p
Whey protein - 0.51p per 25g scoop
Banana - 14p
Choc - 10p for 10g
Peanut butter - 0.04p for 10g
Total cost: 89p per portion

I find it interesting when people compare "cost of eating healthy" with "cost of eating out"....obviously, it's going to be less expensive. The real comparison is comparing cost of eating healthy at home vs. cost of eating whatever at home. That's the true comparison. There are people out in the world that don't eat out much. I'm one of them...once a month if that...usually birthday or some other special event.

I want to try the pasta and burgers. I need more weight training. I do lot of cardio cause I have cardio machines at home. I have gym membership but i hate going. I should had oats today i didnt like my breakfast today. You look so good. Looking to lose some weight.

I wana go down abit form fitness Pal now that I have lost fats I track all veg shld I slwily not track like lettuce mushroom pepper...slwoly step by step then can not track day were shld I start

Yes! I would suggest cutting down the days you track from 7-5 then 5-3 etc... you can also stop tracking certain things for sure.

Hey, her video randomly popped on my recommended and watching it read your comment. From someone who’s been tracking for years and now it’s pretty natural behavior - such low cals foods such as lettuce, spinach, spices, spray oils, don’t need to be tracked. Some veggies do have higher carb content, like broccoli, zucchini, Brussel sprouts if you eat a lot of those I’d say track them. Other veggies like asparagus, string beans and I wouldn’t track. Once you’ve been tracking for a while you should be able to eye our food, eating the same foods weekly also makes it easier!

You want high protein, eat steak and eggs for breakfast. stay away from processed stuff, like powders, empty carbs, toxic vegetables.....etc
