Actually his death is considered "open case." Authorities and his girlfriend called it suicide (And had a history of suicidal behavior), but he had defensive wounds and multiple wounds to his torso, which makes it look like homicide. He had drugs for depression in his system, but the dosage was at a prescribed level. So his death is a mystery. He was a very talented musician, and this was one of the best covers of a Beatles song that I ever heard.

to me this song is soooo terrific and the actress mena suvari was the perfect image of the 18 year old who presented herself to me when I was in my late 30's. I was not the gentleman Spacey portrayed and it's a fond memory I'll take to my grave. I hope the beautiful girl remembers it well also as she is in her 50's now.
