@@SunnyHealthFitness hey i bought one of your ellipticals alomost like this but lookn closer this one seems to be just for the modelling?... Well my elliptical i bought to help me lose a little weight has Fallen Apart sunny in a MONTH and it cost me quite a lot in Canada! Have been so sad.

My foot was never in full contact with the pedal when I work out! I was doing it all wrong and that was the reason why it felt easy using it. Well done sir this video is so helpful

I am in to elliptical cross training every morning for 30 minutes and now i realise I am holding it from a higher position sometimes doing it the wrong way putting extra stress on shoulders and neck. This video explains about correct body posture, hands and feet positions. Excellent video. Thanks for uploading.

Do you have to keep your heels flat at all times? I used to be able to do 22 minutes with lifting my heel, but when I keep it completely flat I can barely do a minute. It’s destroyed my confidence

You want to keep your heels as close to flat as possible. Don't be discouraged! Keep trying!

Why i still have knee pain eventhough my feet flat on the pedal.Did not have knee problem when using threadmill or exercise bike.Another question is it normal to become dizzy when using ellitiptical?

Feet planted on the pedals with hands gripping the bars. Posture high and typical recommended usage is 20-30 min a day.

don't different incline levels target different muscles ...calves, quads and glutes for example?

You're correct. Change the incline levels when you want to target more specific areas.

Here’s a question then; do you push AND pull with your arms? I ask because my wife, who has used these machines before, says she only pushes! This seems to be a waste of movement as surely working the biceps and deltoids on a pull stroke is also desirable. 🤔

Yes, you do both push and pull when using an elliptical. While you can choose how active you are with your arms, we recommend engaging in both the pushing and pulling movements to target both sets of muscles.

I knew I was doing something wrong. I don’t always have my feet flat. I would make my heels go up. Now I know why my ankle started to hurt🤣 Gonna keep my feet flat from now on
