I don't think they ever stopped loving each other. When Elvis became an entertainer Dr.'s prescribed pills to give you the energy to do the shows. And they gave you pills to bring you down to sleep. Many became addicted. Like Elvis, Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings to name a few. If it weren't for the drugs maybe they could of made it.

Elvis recorded this exactly one month after his separation from Priscilla became official. So this was very personal to him. You take man with Elvis' talent and a song that he can really connect with, this is what you get.

@Heavenly Presley Really don't know how you got that I was saying the split was Elvis' fault from what I said, but that's not what I said. I said this song was personal to Elvis, which it was

The little girl, their daughter, married Michael Jackson. Michael had bought the rights to many Beatles songs, he married the daughter and heir to Elvis and with Michael's music, it was an amazing confluence of great music under one roof.

None of us, Elvis fans, could ever get enough of him. And then Priscilla. And Lisa Marie felt like she belonged to all of us. We probably killed Elvis with our live. We could t help but always want more. We should have treasured and protected him. 💔

Love your reaction. There was and is nobone like Elvis. He burst into the music scene in the 50's in a mind-blowing way!! He sang rock and roll, the blues country and his favourite which was gospel. He recorded over 700 songs. React to American Trilogy, You've Lost that Loving Feelung, Don't, Bridge over Troubled Waters and some of his 50's music like Jailhouse Rock from the movie of the same. Also Trouble from King Creole. Sorry I could go and on but I am a huge Elvis fan

TODAY IT'S SO EASY JUST PUT MUSIC OUT TODAY. THE WORK BACK THEN WAS HARD WORK AND EVEN AT POINT ELVIS WASN'T EXCEPTED IN COUNTRY... HE TRAVELED HUNDREDS OF MILES TO DO HIS MUSIC JUST LIKE THE KERNAL CHEWED UP AND USED HIM. THEY WANTED HIM IN A BUBBLE. YES HE WAS A PLEASER BUT HE WAS ALSO SEARCHER, WANTED TO GROW. I WILL ALWAYS RESPECT HIM AND WHAT PRISCILLA HAD LOVE CAN BE IN CERTAIAN RANGES. HE NEVER LOVED ANYONE MORE THAN HER. I THANK HER FOR FIGHTING THE KERNAL AFTER ELVIS PASSED. LETS HOPE RILEY DOES HER MOTHER AND GRANDPARENTS ❤

I’m a little late to these reactions! I love Elvis but today, his relationship with Priscilla would have likely been frowned upon. They started dating when she was 14 and he was 24. She was living with him by the time she was a senior in high school.

Please don`t call Elvis "the Pelvis"! He hated that. A reporter, who wrote very disrespectfully about Elvis, named him this way, and it was meant as an insult.
