EMAX Hawk 5 Review

Today I took a look at Emax's new Hawk 5: a $250 BNF 5" quad that packs a whole lot of bang into a quad with not so much buck. This quad is defiantly the best first quad for anyone who is looking to get into racing. Now I was under the impression that this was a quad only for beginners, but after the first pack I realized that its actually a decent quad for anyone looking for a next quad. This quad flies great and is going to be extremely easy to set up.
After taking a closer look, there is really no place for criticism and I can confidently recommend this quad to anyone interested.
For now it looks like Emax is only releasing the 5" 2206 2300kv, I would expect to see different specs for this quad in the near future including a 6" version.
Overall impressed with this quad.

I'm new to flying FPV quads... Have been flying my Vortex 150 for a couple of weeks now... But I want a quad that can carry a GoPro. This seems like it could be a contender. I'm more interested in freestyle than racing. I see this comes with a Frysky receiver... What do you us Spektrum guys do? Is it easy to swap out the receiver?

I'm new to the hobby and just ordered this quad last night, just waiting for it to get here! Ive seen that some people really question the antennas and whip location. I saw someone strap down the antennas with zip ties and change the antenna out the back. What's your take on this? I'm trying to gather info so i know what i should do about them when i the quad so they don't get snapped off in a crash right away or the props

Seems like when you were micro pumping the throttle the quad would pitch or tip a little? Or was that fingers?

I just got the babyhawk R and it’s frsky and I set it all up with my x9d and I went to fly it and I had to trim almost all the way down the backward pitch trim I might have 4 to go till it’s all used up do you know of something I’m not doing to fix this because it should not be doing this? Thank you

new to fpv but I know you mentioned change the camera from 25-200mw. how do you do that??
