Fabulous results. I need to invest in some long capes. That way I can hop in and out of the shower without getting fully drenched.

Thank you for your time and consideration in that you share so much when it comes to proper Hair Care and it's importance. Your are very thorough in all of your demonstrations. Just for clarification: You spelled "RESTRUCTURING" as "Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive "RESTRUCTERING" Treatment." Which one did you intend?

Nice demonstration. I have fine, high porosity, coily hair. I heard some say wash n go doesn't work for us "4C" hair girls.

Jeepgurl I'd suggest trying it out for yourself! Everyone is different, don't let others speak for you especially when it comes to 4c hair

I'm obsessed with you! hahaha you're so beautiful! Thank you for all of your videos they are so helpful. I wanted to ask if you ever take a small tooth comb and separate sections of your hair and comb through? I usually use the wide tooth comb you have and comb through while product is in, but I noticed some small angel knots and decided to comb through with a small tooth comb and detangler. What type of gel do you use? How long do you leave your hair like this? How often do you add water and/or gel while you hold this wash and go style. Thank you so much for any feedback you can provide.

great video, would love to try this but EcoStyler Gel does not work for me. It's too hard to apply and felt like a helmet on my head.
@EmbraceNaturalBeauty10 жыл бұрын
True-Eco Styler has a VERY strong hold. They offer different levels. I recommend trying a softer hold. #10 is maximum hold. The lower the # the softer the hold. To avoid the helmet effect I flip my head over before I get out of the shower. A step I skipped in this video only. I will show in another video. Also, when air drying I do other steps to allow more air to flow between the defined curls. I will have that video up soon to demonstrate. If you are subscribed to my channel you will see when the video is uploaded or I can inbox you. I appreciate your comment.

Naturally Timikia Timikia Hi Naturally Timikia, I am happy to hear you are enjoying my videos!!! I have low porosity in the crown, front left and front right sides of my head. I talk a lot about the challenges I face dealing with low porosity in more recent videos. And I actually have a video uploading tonight to use as a reference for how I moisturize low porosity hair. I hope this helps!

Thank you so much for responding, about to check out all your recent videos, I have low porosity hair also, and the back crown of my hair, is so very dry, it broke off alot, I trimmed it and is trying my best, with what I have learned to hopefully get it to grow back, trying to avoid cutting my hair off to even it out with that part, once again Thank You for all the info. ..

Why did you choose these particular products?
@EmbraceNaturalBeauty9 жыл бұрын
Potraie Bradley I started using Aveda products shortly after my big chop while I studied cosmetology at Aveda Institute in NYC. There were several product lines to try that worked well with my hair, but I preferred the Damage Remedy line because it provides a good balance of "Moisure and Protein" that are crucial to maintaining hair in good condition. I have since changed my Leave In Conditioner from Hair Rules to Shea Moisture. And earlier this year I began to use Camille Rose Curl Maker in place of Eco Styler. I am happy with my decision because I have had consistently good results with these staple products.

I have low porosity hair, I used eco styler gel (olive oil one) and it really dried out my hair? I think it's because I'm protein sensitive. I thought that most people with low porosity hair was protein sensitive though?? Idk what to do with my hair I'm sooo confused because it's soooo dry all the time and it's hard trying to find products for my type of hair. I have 3c and tighter curls in the back of my hair. Kinda like 4aish. But it's soo hard to define and moisturize my hair!!! I don't know what to do!
