For me he is the person that made the Food Network. After they did him dirty that was the last time I watched Food Network. By the way never knew it was so simple to make chicken nuggets and its better compared to those processed. Thanks Emeril.

@@BackToTheGame.98so true, and I’ve got an interesting story about that. Emeril was my initial window into cooking. I wrestled in high school and oddly enough all those hungry nights I spent trying to cut weight and not eat I would watch his show. He was so alive, so ecstatic that watching him cook and talk of food somehow made me feel full. Sounds backwards but it worked and satisfied my hunger. Slowly I started to cook and after many years in the kitchen my brother and I started our own cooking show, which eventually was called Brothers Green Eats (now Pro Home Cooks/Life By Mike G) and was one of the first successful KZbin cooking channels teaching folks how to eat on a budget. We went on to help millions cook delicious and simple food without spending too much money. In great part because of this man. He showed me that food could be fun, exciting, inspiring. Thank you Emeril.

It's 2004, 11pm, Sportscenter has already looped 3 times and most the games are over, and I'm not ready to go to bed even though I have highschool in the morning. Turn the channel to Food Network. Watch a Chef hype a crowd, BAM some food, and educate me on how to prepare dishes I'll never even attempt in my life. Then Good Eats comes on, followed by Unwrapped. Good times.

@paroblynnАй бұрын
Onion toxicity in a dog occurs at 8+% of the dog’s weight in grams of onion. You didn’t say anything about garlic and garlic is from the same family. So is leek, chive, shallot, and more. Your dog will be fine if he eats a chicken nugget with the entire order having a pinch of powder in it.

You can tell that kid didn't like them. Was so chewy he didn't even take a bite. Look at his plate before and after!😂
@ViciousGothVic12 күн бұрын
Y'all got some issues. Kid's probably picky and if he isnt, then grandpa can always come up with a solution and im sure he wont give up on trying to make improvements until the kid, who I'm sure he will absolutely listen to, does like them. Maybe for the video he had to get something done in the moment and get something posted. Cool. Kid dont like the chicken nuggets? "Alright, grandson. No worries. I'll fix up the mistakes i might've made and make it better. How's that?" "Ok, grandpa!" "Let me know if i did better this time, you're the chef right now! Tell me how i did, boss!!" "Better!" "Better? Alright, I'll make you chicken nuggets this way from now on!! Thank you for being honest with me, little buddy! Grandpa loves you!" Ever think about that? Chill out. There may be a few recipes of his here and there that we may not like, fair. Each to their own. I'll even be honest and say that im not sure about his fried chicken recipe because of the hot sauce. I only want to try making it out of curiosity, but i also truly wouldn't know if I'd really hate it or not. I also dont like the sound of Worcestershire sauce now that i know how it's made. I think to make the sauce, the list of ingredients and preparation is very well put together, but at the same time a sauce like that would not be my cup of tea. What some of yall also dont know is he encourages everybody to just make their meals any way they want. You dont have to do it his way, you can always do your own. He will add the ingredients he wants, you can add the ingredients you want. He's also giving good advice on how to build your nugget and showing how easy it is. I say i definitely like the way he is educating you on how to form your nugget and that is very helpful. I got to learn that ground chicken is better for forming and he showed us just how it is. Now if i want to make chicken nuggets at home i can always buy chicken and grind it up myself. I was doing it by slicing pieces of chicken meat, and noticed when the nuggets came out of the oven, the meat shrunk. So i do actually see why he advises the use of ground chicken. For your taste, the rest of it is entirely up to you. If you want to use different seasonings and such, do it. If all you want on your nuggets is salt, then just add salt. If you dont want to go any further than salt and pepper, do it. If you want to bake the nuggets, do it. If you want to air fry them, do it. Don't worry about the way he made his. You can fix that. I'll still do it my way by baking, but now that I know how using ground chicken can help, ill definitely try it and if i dont like it then i can totally try another way. And same goes for you too. Dont worry about it, and make whatever you want. Especially if you think you can out cook him. If you can, fine. Some people probably can and thats ok. I also understand that a chicken nugget recipe might seem too simple coming from a chef like this, and that it's only for his grandson not to like them, i get it, but dont you think he shared such a recipe to maybe help out some parents with young kids out there like the one in the video? Those parents can always observe what he does, and not what he adds. Even if the recipe isn't all that great, he is still helping someone out there. And that don't have to be you.

😂😅😂😅😂 when a chef fails at making chicken nuggets. Sad to watch. Ground chicken the first mistake. Just get some Tyson.
@Hunter-wn2bhАй бұрын
Not sure what you’re trying to say here. Standard chicken nugget formation is with ground chicken. If you’re referring to tenders, those are fried strips of usually breast, but sometimes thigh. Tyson quite literally uses ground chicken, on top of industrial grade preservatives
@ViciousGothVic12 күн бұрын
@@Hunter-wn2bhlmfao this one's just missing a couple chromosomes. 💀 Even if the recipe isnt all that great, it's pretty easy to just do it your own way. Simple as that. Chef encourages that too.
