I've been watching your dad build his first cabin, sauna, outhouse, porch, outdoor oven and kitchen, it was such a shame to have to leave all that hard work, and I am still watching him build the new cabin etc. I do very much enjoy watching his maestry in all he does, he is very thorough in all his work and he has taught you too! I only got your video today and enjoyed it very much and have subscribed. You are doing a great job, looking forward to more videos.

Wow, just WOW! You are so talented and confident, putting the cabinets together. If I saw all those pieces, I would throw up my hands & hire someone to assemble them. Good idea to not build in a closet. The cabin is beautiful & cozy, and you don't want to close off more than you have to. Open shelves with baskets is a great idea for clothes storage. One suggestion: look at thrift stores to stock your kitchen with utensils and cookware. Much cheaper.

Hello Emily, I'm a loyal fan of your dad's videos on both channels but have never made a comment because I was watching through my husband's account and didn't want to misrepresent myself. You have inspired me to set up my own account so that I can make a comment and encourage you to continue your online journey with a little cheer-leading from Australia. As a mother of two young adult daughters (our eldest is also named Emily) I was thrilled to see you get back on board after some downtime in the past months. It is wonderful to see how much you've grown emotionally - it shows in your story-telling (both audibly and visually) and is a great example of courage through the sharp learning curve you're on. Congratulations.

I love your unrushed methodical approach to working on your cabin. I wonder where you got that from? My only suggestion would be to finish off the essentials you require and then just live with it for a while. Let your needs and use dictate what you would like to add or change.
