#1 she is an adult, even though our little girl will always be our little girl no matter what age they are, but #2 from present to past that statement doesnt seem to ring completely true because he appears to still be performing and producing more music. So she has either told him to continue on with his music or he wasnt as willing as he said he was. Or its just plum misinformation all the way around. Hopefully the media is right and they have a good relationship and she supports him as long as the family is safe.

Eminem is one of the most inconsistent rappers ever. I liked Slim Shady LP despite the monotonous drug references and shit like that. It was a good album and something I loved when I was 14 years old. The next year I had to buy The Marshall Mathers LP on day one along with everyone else in high school. I remember taking the after school bus to the nearest mall with 10 other classmates and buying it from The Wall (remember that store?) in the mall and then calling my mom to come pick me up. LOL Good times like that make me sad about how rap & hip-hop have degraded into mediocrity.

I wouldn't even define it as em is "maturing" or is now more mature. The special, and honestly one of the most attractive and original aspects of the art form , is the honestly and the lack of censorship. What's the point of music if u can't honestly express yourself or how u perceive the world. Slim shady is a alter ego. A character if u will which represents numerous ideas and understanding of human existence. It's a character who represents the human condition to the extreme. Slim shady is everything that humans represent at a extreme unrealistic level. All the different ideologies, philosophies, dogmas, and understandings that humans utilizes and create in life is all seen in the extreme. U can basically add anything u can think of in regards to how u understand or how u incisions humans in general. and that's what slim shady represents. Slim shady, the character is just a metaphor. Created and conceived like any other character in a book or film. It's all a part of ems artistry

People been tripping lately about white rappers being the guest in hip hop but I'm sorry I couldn't imagine my ipod not having shady first 3 lps in there em is a legend top 5 in book salute

Chocolate Don - It has come full circle with Em. Start- he couldn’t get taken seriously in hip hop because he was white. Then he blew up in huge part by tapping into white market in a way many black artists couldn’t do. Finally- gets left off the GOAT list because he is white.

Another great album that's out if you like old school hip-hop, RA The Rugged Man's "Legends Never Die", one of the best albums of the year in my opinion.

Eminem gave 2 Diamond albums, 8 Mile, an Oscar, some legendary kills, surprise performances (I'm jus guessing, not really sure but I think I watched a video), etc to Detroit.. That's called being humble and respectful even though you don't have to be.. And that's what a King/God is supposed to be..

in criminal, he says,"I drink more liquor to fuck you up quicker Than you'd wanna fuck me up for saying the word *****" and i that was censored. but that is the closest he gotten to saying it on record.

I don't understand why people nitpick on Eminem's eyes, saying they "look different nowadays", that they're "way darker", and then they call him an android. They must not have seen ANY of Em's old interviews or his stuff outside of his music videos. His eyes are really reflective of the type of lighting he's under. Even here they look very dark, like a dark brown. Other times, they're a stormy blue, light grey or hazel brown. People need to stop with their conspiracy bullshit. He is the same Em.
