Day 1- Got through it but the knee push up was intense. Booty cramped but was alleviated after some stretches. My waistline is 27.5 Day 2- My body was kinda sore after yesterday's workout. Focused more on doing the movements right. Still learning the knee push up Day 3- I rested for a day. Today, I'm no more sore from the day 2 workout. My movements were more polished. Still learning the push up Day 4- Made me sweat more. Was able to do more repetitions than I normally do. Day 5- Great burn. Was able to lower my knee push up. Day 6- I rested for a day. Today, after some focus on my posture during workout, I felt the burn more, especially on my abs. Day 7- I skipped a day. I feel energized after the workout. I can feel that I am getting stronger. I can do more repetitions now. My waistline now is at 27 Day 8- My body is no longer aching after the workouts but the burn is still there during the workout Day 9- My posture is improving. My body doesn't get painful anymore when I'm stressed Day 10- I skipped a day. I'm getting faster in doing the workout. Abs burning every ab workout. My chest is getting stronger Day 11- I am getting faster in doing the reps Day 12- I skipped a day. My arms are already gaining muscles. I can do the push ups better now Day 13- I can feel my core getting stronger now. Day 14- I skipped another day. I feel stronger. My waistline did not change Day 15- I skipped a day. I felt like I can do more after finishing the exercise Day 16- enjoyed it more today Day 17- I did the workout faster hence making more reps. I felt the burn and adrenaline today Day 18- I skipped a day. I did it a little bit faster again. It's a good burn Day 19- I did the 15 min HIIT Day 20- I did hip workout then rested for a day. Today, I did this HIIT again and I felt the burn Day 21- I did hip workout and rested for a day again. I did this workout today. It burned mostly in push ups and abs workout. My waistline is now at 26.5 Day 22- I enjoyed the burn in my tummy area today Day 23- I did hip workout yesterday. I did this HIIT today. I'm understanding the push up better now Day 24- Doing the push up in a better posture now Day 25- I'm feeling so much stronger than before now. Day 26- I can now lift myself from a push up! This exercise helped me do things I never thought I could. Day 27- This workout never fails to give me energy boost. Day 28- it's the last day of my 28 days challenge. After checking my measurements, I'm already at 26.2 in. This workout really helped me reaching my goals. After this, I'll move on to Emi's 30 minute hiit.

Yeah my legs was burning so bad at that point. So I didn't finish it in correct way, I did only 20 sec of plank+leg raises and 25 sec of plank. I will try to do it completely next time

I am only on Day3 and I have lost about 0.5 inches around my upper and lower waist, my muffin tops, thighs and calves and about 0.25 inches around both arms. I paired this with 20 days slim legs challenge and collarbone exercises! I can't help but feel excited to fit back into my old clothes! Thank you so much! 💛😭

Day 1: I did the whole workout. Had struggles here and there but still felt the burn. Felt happy cuz it has been a while since i exercised. Day 2: I did the whole workout without missing anything or doing breaks in between. Managed to do more reps while still feeling the burn from yesterday.

The exercises recommended by emi wong work 100%. She is the first youtuber who I found is very genuine and authentic. You pick any of her videos and all videos are consistent. The best part of her workout videos is the pep talks that she does in middle of the workouts. It really motivates you to push further. Even if it is a 10 minute workout, I guarantee you will sweat.... She even shares her fears instead of covering it up, which let's you know that she is genuine. Her videos on "what I eat daily" gives you glimpse of her effort. Please continue making videos..... I have been following you since over 1 and half months now everyday... it's an incredible journey with you.

Hey Emi, my name's MacKenzy and I don't know if you'll see this but I have documented my 2019 December Journey 12/4✔️ Day 1 (Belly+Cardio): Hurt but I got through it. 12/5✔️ Day 2 (B+C): Felt the burn but seemed easier. 12/6✔️ Day 3 (B+C, Arm, and Leg): Felt motivated. 12/7✔️ Day 4 (B+C, Arm, and Leg): Not a problem. Could see and feel results. 12/8✔️ Day 5 (B+C, Arm, Leg, and Ultimate Plank [UP]): Good, fine, oof (the sumo squats were awful), and OW😨. Also, my hands, elbows, and feet kept slipping. Edit: got carpet burn on my elbows 😯. 12/9✔️ Day 6 (UP, Arm, and B+C): Was doing fine but kept slipping 😡. Seemed a little harder. Was really rough to get through it. 12/10✔️ Day 7 (UP, Leg, Arm, and B+C): Yikes. I did them all meshed together but I made it through. 12/11✔️ Day 8 (B+C, 'Feel Special' [FS] x2): Seemed and was pretty easy. I did it WITH Emi this time. 12/12✔️ Day 9 (FS, B+C, Arm, and Leg): Did it with Piper (my sister) and I got to show off. I got through it no problem. 12/13✔️ Day 10 (B+C, A, and L): Nothing new but can see results. 12/14❌ Day 11: Piper was moving her room in Jarrod's (my brother's) room and her old room was still really messy. 12/15❌ Day 12: Now I was moving into Piper's old room and didn't really have any time between that and setting up Christmas decorations. I promise I'll do it tomorrow. 12/16〽️ Day 13 (B+C and Leg): I did parts of them but had to go to bed. I'll try and do it tomorrow. 12/17❌ Day 14: I'm really just trying get my room done and relax. I have a lot going on this week. 12/18❌ Day 15: I fell asleep too fast. 12/19✔️ Day 16 (B+C and Arm): A bit hard but I'm already feeling better. 12/20-12-27: Wow, I get it's Christmas Break but I stopped and put on so much weight and did the Belly+Cardio on the 24th but I haven't felt motivated or energized. 12/28✔️ (Set 2) Day 17 (Full Body Standing [FBS]): Feel better. I love her workouts. I tried other beginner HIIT and found they were the same few exercises over and over which was boring. She has different exercises for the whole stretch. I tried the 10 minute, 15 minute no jumping HIIT for a month and have lost an inch on my waist and can do a plank for the full time without feeling like death! These are great and short and so easy to fit into a busy day! Thanks emi!

update here to keep myself motivated 🙂 weight : 63.8kg day 1 did some cardio workout✅ day 2 did some cardio workout✅ day 3 did some cardio workout ✅ day 4 did not do but when for a 3km run day 5 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 6 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 7 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ weight currently 62.2kg day 8 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 9 did not do but when for a 3km run ✅ day 10 only did full hiit work ✅ day 11 rest day (got project to do so abit tired) day 12 did full hiit , cardio and abs workout ✅ day 13 did not do but when for zumba ✅ day 14 come back home late so didn't work-out current weight 61.3kg lose almost 3kg in 2 week 😲 day 15 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 16 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 17 did 2 set of this full body hiit work and 15 min of cardio workout✅ day 18 come back home late so rest day day 19 did full hiit , cardio and abs workout ✅ day 20 did not do but when for zumba ✅ day 21 did not do but when for zumba ✅ current weight 60.5kg lose about 3.5 kg and also so happy that my weight has gone from a slight obese bmi to a healthy/moderate bmi for me :) did not work up after that 😂😂 p.s for the 2 week i when for 1000kcal a day so i guess i lose weight faster, for week 3 i just did workout but no diet)

I'm so lazy when it comes to exercise. I can never completely finish a whole workout and I give up in the middle but yesterday I managed to finish this and it feels so good. the only thing I couldn't do was the knee push up but all in all it is one of the most effective beginner workouts ever. Wow I did this today y it definitely made my heart pound! I do taebo, yoga, cycling, Pilates but none of that had anything on this workout. I loved it! I crashed to the floor in the last 8 seconds of the plank leg lift LOL! Thank you Emi for posting these exercise routines :) It was great to mix things up for me.

Haven’t worked out in forever and I have some health issues that make it even harder, but I’m gonna try for 30 days! Day 1 - it was really hard and I took some longer breaks in between but I did finish it. Couldn’t do the last exercise entirely. Day 2 - rested for a day. It was still hard but felt a little easier this time. Last exercise is tough! Day 3 - went well. Starting to get a hang of how to do all the exercises correctly. Decided to do the last exercise on my knees instead of full plank, because I can’t hold myself that long yet. Day 4 - rested a day. It went well. I felt energised after, I feel I’m getting stronger. Just did one longer break in between whereas when I started I had to take a longer break after almost every exercise. Day 5 - It was spring break over here so we went away for a couple of days. But I’ve done the workout again today. Little tough because I took a 5 day break, but still managed to do it! Day 6 - I did it a lot more times but forgot to write it here. Maybe I should stop telling my progress here

Thank you Emi! I have realized that sometimes I avoid doing workouts b/c i do ones that are too hard for me & then get very fatigued & burned out. Slow & steady / easier but consistent would serve me much better! This challenged me but was very do-able for me, which helps to raise my confidence & keep me inspired to keep working out!!

I started out trying to do the 30 minute workouts but I was pushing myself too hard and making myself sick. This 10 minute one was perfect. Thanks Emi! By the way, her stretching videos are awesome, you should try them. It's basically yoga without all of the constant "inner peace" commentary.

Omg Emi. THANK YOU!! I JUST COMPELTED THE WHOLE VIDEO ALL EXERCISES AND NO PAUSES. Im over 200 lbs and ready to get my body back!! I cant believe i was able to do this whole thing, thank you so much for helping me feel capable!

Day 1: this was not easy but I could do everything without stopping midsesh and it's already a big achievement. I actually feel energized after this! Hope I can keep this up, will do as many times a week I can Day 2: muscles a bit sore, especially in my legs. But I pushed through. I feel like I sweated more too Anyway thir are my rough measurements: hips 95.5cm and waist: 70cm. Will measure again around day 14 to see if there's progress, also doing intermittent fasting 8:16

This is the perfect beginner workout there, my life feels so much better than before. You just do it for one week straight and your body adjusted to it pretty nicely, not hard at all after that.

Hey Emi, I just want to say thank you so much. One of me friend gave me your Channel because i wanted to lose weight and fit my body. I started one week ago exactly with this exercice and i was in so much pain, my legs was very sore. But no pain no gain, and i lost 2kg in one week with your exercice and healthy food ! I'm starting this workout and will continue for 7 days along with Emi's inner and outer thighs workout and slim arms workout and then I'll mix up more intense workouts. I'll update my progress here collectively because I'll use this workout for warming up :) My height: 156 cm Current weight: 59 kg Goal weight: 50 kg Day 1: ✅ It was hard but I did it all. Day 2:✅ Completed this one and arms workout but skipped the thigh workout because my legs were completely sore. Day 3:✅ Done. It's less sore than before. Day 4:❌ Surprise Periods again!!! always happens to me when I start any workout😩 Day 5:❌ Day 6:❌ Day 7:✅ I'm not gonna discontinue this like before hehe. Okay, so I'm pretty much feeling at initial point, so I'm gonna count another week for this. Also, I've added 7 days fat loss workout too with this, so it's gonna be a real challenge. I'll update everything here now😃 Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

At first I felt like this was super hard, and ur thigh workout was a tough one to get through. I’ve been doing this one for a month now and o can definitely feel the difference in my legs and abs thx so much!!!❤️

I’m not a beginner but I do this every day I can. Mostly six times a week and alternate with 15 minutes. It helps me maintain my weight without killing myself working out. Thanks emi!

I am restarting my workout routine after a long time. Compared to other routines, I find this one easy and interesting. Here is my update: Day 1 - I find this easy to do except the plank. "No pain, No gain" motivated me to continue. I like how this workout is covering full body.✔️ Day 2 - my thighs were bit sore so it was difficult to contribute my full strength to this, however, planks were much more easier to do today.✔️ Day 3 - I was busy and couldn't do it...but it helped resting my sore thighs Day 4 - It was easy.. my breaths were heavy...so I really need to calm those down from next time..✔️ Day 5- ✔️ Day 6- ✔️ Day 7- ✖️ Day 8- ✔️

Proud to say that I made it through this workout without quitting halfway through. The exercises weren't too tough! I'm trying to get toned in the belly area and exercises in that region are usually nearly impossible for me to do. 😃

2 week update - this workout isn't anywhere near as challenging as it was when i first started. I can easily do each exercise without stopping and have energy to continue them after 45 seconds! :D

Hola!! I´ve been doing this workout for five days in a row and it´s starting to feel easier. It´s great because it´s short and I can always find time to fit it in my schedule... also I end up with my endorphins high and good mood, feeling all my body worked hard. My goal is to do it for 10 days in a row and see what results I got. Thank you so much for this workout!! I love them!

I found this amazing workout when trying to start doing HIIT. I love your channel so much, just when I feel like giving up in the plank, you keep encouraging! I've been following you (on a seperate YT acc) since the beginning of pandemic and I want to thank you so much for posting all this "doable" workouts! I used to stick to one of routine only but your vids give me varieties on how I do my daily workouts up until now. Your no jumping options are a savior when I'm on my period/feeling stressed.
