I’ve been doing it since the beginning of 2018 and will continue to do so till I finally move out. I’m still able to eat healthy, but it feels weird when I’m eating healthy while my mom and sister are eating junk food.

For anyone watching this right now who hasn't started exercising, stop telling yourselves "I'll start exercising/eating better tomorrow or next week". Don't wait until later, start now. I was always that person until finally I just got into my workout clothes and started exercising. I feel so much better about myself now that I am doing something positive for my body and mind. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

It really works guys!! Starting weight: 55kg After a week: 53,5 kg Goal: 48kg I don't even do the diet, just cut down on carbs as much as u can and try not to eat anything after 7pm. Way to go, I'm trying all my best

Starting Weight- 54kg Day 1: ☑️ Day 2: ☑️ Day 3: ☑️ Day 4: ☑️ Day 5: ☑️ Day 6: ☑️ Day 7: ☑️ Well, I do not lose weight at all, it was still 54kg after 7 days. But the good thing is my arms are quiet toned, tummy was flatter than before, I got shape too. My collarbone was also pretty noticeable! ❤️😍

It’s possible that you still got visible results even though it didn’t show up on the scale because you replace the fat with muscle and muscle actually weighs more than fat

I got tbh I started doing chloe ting and then I just got bored cuz they are too long, with min excersizes they are easier cuz I can do it whenever. I do really want to lose weight but I would rather lose weight doing an painful 10 min workout than a 30-40 min workout that’s easy that’s gives the same results

Doing this every day for a week: Day 1: painful but I got through it. I feel good after doing this, will do it again tomorrow!! Day 2: it was super fun! I wanted to quit but the motivational speeches in the background helped me going. I woke up with a little pain, but not too much Day 3: ayeee I did it!! It's slowly but surely getting easier Day 4: Done!! I can see and feel a change in my body already, can't wait for tmrw! Day 5: I did it!! Day 6: Done! Day 7: finished it just now, it was super fun to do. I highly recommend this, it became easier over the past few days. I love the background motivation, it kept me going. I can see a little change in my body and I feel more confident overall. I will definitely be continuing this and good luck to everyone else who does this!

Is it good to do it everyday I mean after workout of chest or legs our muscle need minimum 42 hours to recover I think should research about it the better way is to going for one day only chest other only legs

So I did this for a week and here are my results Day 1 -✅️, 48.35 kg Day 2 -✅️, 47.85 kg Day 3 -✅️, 47.25 kg Day 4 -✅️, 47.70 kg( ate a lot yesterday) Day 5 -✅️, 47.70 kg Day 6 -✅️, 47.50 kg Day 7 - ✅️47.50 kg Note : I didn't follow any diet and ate as usual but on the night of day three I ate alot of food because of which I gained weight. But I can guarantee you guys that if you follow a proper diet(not eating less but eating healthy and with in your limits ) you will see much better results. 🥰 And thank you so much Emi. [EDITED] Already done the first day let’s see in one week see ya Day 1: 👌 Day 2: 👌 Day 3: 👌 Day 4: 👌 Day 5: 👌 Day 6: 👌 Day 7: 👌 Already done the challenge, I lost nearly 2kg and I’m very happy with it, but the thing is that you can see a difference specially in the low belly and that makes me really happy. ive been doing this workout for about a month with only 2 rest days. my thighs have gotten so much slimmer and my obliques are really showing already. i just wanna say thank you so much emi, i've gone through bulimia myself and your workouts and pep talks during them kept me going. this isn't the first time i've tried your workouts, but i keep getting back to them because i see results really fast and ive grown to love this channel so much. thank you so much for making these videos, i'm still going through recovery but this has helped me so much. you truly deserve the world❤

@@imogen1489 well i just do them 2 hours after lunch usually, just depends on your schedule,, i wouldnt reccommend doing them at night because of the adrenaline rush,, you won't be able to sleep

@特阿。S̷t̷a̷r̷r̷y̷ ̷K̷p̷o̷p̷ i'm still very much in the recovery process,, i would say really it really just depends on your goals. these workouts are literally magical if you commit; i get noticable results after only a week or 2 which really keeps me going. i would just suggest for you not to overrestrict and eat until satiety, whenever you feel the need to, and just cut out the sweets maybe. alsoo v e r y i m po r tant - take a before photo so you can compare and see how much you've improved, cause i know i personally want to give up after a month or so because i don't see a change. good luck and thank you so much,, you made my day ❤❤

I use to believe we all heating the workouts ,give us some workouts wetting our body or dress (by our sweat) , now 2 to 3 of the days our body lossing the weight never stop or never hate. Guess the song

I'll update Starting weight: 54.8 day 1: 👍I was almost halfway and my friend texted me "I'll be at your house in 3 mins" so I skipped all the breaks to finish before he arrived and I died day 2:👍 ok done , it's pretty ok but that plank punch kiiiilllsss me omg day 3: 👍 i feel like it's getting easier. I think my belly looks flatter and my legs thinner. I ate some instant ramen today tho so lol. We also started online lessons since school has been closed for like 2 weeks now and it will stay closed for at least another month lol. I can't go outside but maybe tomorrow I'll go and take a walk hoping I don't meet anyone lol day 4: 👍 I don't know why, but it felt harder today. I'm seeing changes in my belly and I'm happy yei day 5: 👍 dooone it felt easier idk day 6: 👍 today was really hard idk why... also I feel like nobody is actually reading my comment lol day 7: OMG I DID IT. It kiiiled me maybe because it was later in the night ... tomorrow I will see how much I lost:) after weight: 54.1kg IM SO FUCKING HAPPY. This is the lowest weight ive ever been . I can definetely see a major difference in my belly. I may continue with this workout because its the only one that gave me results so fast.

This video is no joke !! I’ve been looking for a workout that is appartement friendly for so long. This one is quick but so effective. I am not going to lie and say I’ve lost 5kg in a week because it is just impossible but I’ve seen some changes and I am so so happy. Unfortunately this past week I’ve lost all motivation I was extremely tired but then yesterday I was like no more excuses !!! Let’s get back to work!!! Lol so now I’m starting this again and I’ll be doing it everyday even when I’ll start working again it’s only 10 min so I have no excuses. In the meantime I’ll be doing this plus the 45 min workout video to really work my entire body. Good luck everyone ✅✅✅

Cook With Palak yes! Well I changed and now I’m doing the 15 min hiit workout because I prefer doing more cardio. But to be real there’s no crazy big change bcs I don’t follow a strict diet I just eat what makes me happy but I’m still being careful. I do feel more comfortable in my own body tho. I’m loosing weight slowly but carefully 😊

Woah!! I'm so proud of you😃 How did you get motivated?😭 I'm so unmotivated rn, I dint workout for 2 weeks because I had a family wedding and I ate alot! So I thought I'll start my diet and workout again from Monday which is yesterday I successfully did the diet but couldn't do the workout- I feel so weak I don't feel fit. I started yesterday, and let's see if I can keep it up! Starting weight: 136lb. (I'm 5'4) Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Day 4: ✔️ Day 5: ✔️ Day 6: skipped today because my stomach was hurting but I'll do extra exercise tomorrow to make up for it! This was one of the first workouts I did and trust me when I say this it really works I think I did this workout along with one arm, one leg and one lower belly workout and within 3 months I managed to lose around 6 kg so trust me it really works and I haven't worked out in like 2 months now so I'm using this video to get back on track.

I did the 7+2 more days of this excercise and I must say, I lost 3kg! I'm super proud of myself and thanks so much for making this video! @@sarahvanbever480 my problems are night eating and when I stopped, it kinda helped me. I try to eat way less rice and noodles. Which is hard cuz my family is like asian and EVERYTHING IS ALL ABOUT RICE and NOODLES. But I controlled myself, I did the work-out at least once a day and if there is any going out. I will walk the long way home. I did arm excercise in the shower because it's the easiest to do. And the 7 days workour+ other workout until I reach my goals. The last week I measured is 85kg and now it's 81 kg plus minus. It's always control. I do still eat ice cream but it's now only once a week or once a month. I usually eat at home cuz Im still finding for jobs currently :) will update soon!

Y'ALL JSJSJSJ I DID IT!! I did it for 7 consecutive days without any rest days. I also added the 10 MINT PLANK CHALLENGE and 10 MINT CALVE STRETCH. And i was also doing INTERMITTENT FASTING during this time. ANNNND LET ME TELL YOU I FELT SO PROUD FOR PUSHING THROUGH. I AM SO GLAD THAT I STARTED. I'll do this for a week and update just to keep myself motivated because I'm feeling really low about myself lately even though I exercise regularly but the results are kinda slowing down. I'll measure myself before and after. I'll do intermeted fasting as well. BEFORE MEASURMENTS: Waist:88 cm Thigh:21.5 inches Weight:53.6kg ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Day 1:done. It was harder than I thought lol Day 2:DONE. Today was hard. I managed to not pause the video though🥳 Day 3: Done. I just have to say that this is FUN! I really enjoy this workout and it helps me relieve stress. I also noticed that my stomach was a tiny bit smaller today. Day 4: Done. Halfway through! only 3 more days to go. Day 5: Done. I don't know why but today was the hardest day. I'm sure the hard work will pay off though, btw I noticed that I looked a tad more toned today (got some compliments too!). Day 6: Done. Only one more day left! Day 7: Done. I'll measure myself tomorrow for fair results. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AFTER MEASURMENTS: Weight: 52.9 kg Waist: 85.75 cm Thigh:21.1 inches

Guysss!!! It works this workout is just so amazing. I didn't measure my weight but before starting this my waist measurement were 36 inches and now after a week it's 34..!!!! I totally recommend it! Tysm emi for this great workout I continue it for next few weeks as well

Doing this for a week (or longer I’m going to start with a week and go from there) I’m starting out with some lower belly fat that I want to get rid of and I’m also trying to slim down my thighs. I don’t care too much about weight I’m mainly focused on a visible change. Day 1: ✅ yay! I’m so happy I was able to complete this workout! I love how the exercises were fairly easy so that I was able to do them but still made me sweat! Day 2: ✅ yesss I did it and I already feel so much better about myself! :) Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Results:

I am 12 years old and my weight is 57 kg. I am overweight and have a goal of reducing my fat and weight. This is worth it! Thank god Emi you posted this I am doing some more exercises from 6 days i can only see like half cm change but your after doing the 1st of your workout I think I have found the right channel. Ok, so my sister showed me this workout, and am going to try it for the next 25 days! Wish me luck! Day 1:Woooh, finally done. Super tired cuz it's 10(I'm an early sleeper) and already did other workouts before this, but got through it. Super sweaty! Feel great, looking forward to tomorrow😅. Day 2:Did it with my sister. Really sweaty. Took a break, but will double this week. One in the morning one in the afternoon. Day 3:DOOOONEEE!!!! Now going on a walk to take an after-workout walk to relax. After, I will run a mile hopefully! Day 4:Did in the morning, will do it in the evening in a bunch of hours. Going on a walk to cool down. Definitely easier than the first time I did it.😜😜 FYI: Did it at night with my sis again. Day 5:Wow! Today walked 5 miles and did 2 hours worth of workouts saving this for last. Let's just say I'm ready to go to sleep!!!🥴🥴😵

I'm gonna do this everyday for 7 days and I'll try to update!! This is my first time posting updates but since it's only 7 days, I'm gonna post to motivate myself and do my best!! 💪🔥 (oh and also i'm trying to eat healthy!!) starting weight: 56kg height: 161cm day 1: done! haven't worked out in a while and it's a good sweat 💦 day 2: DONE!! i made it through the end without stopping!! i sweated even more today but it feels really good! 🔥 day 3: donee!! it was harder today bc my body was sore all over, but i still did itt!!! day 4: another day done!! i can't say it's getting easier bc i'm doing it with all my body sore, but damn it feels good when i managed to finish it!!! 3 more days to go!! 🔥🔥🔥 day 5: I!!! did!!! it!!!! i feel like it's getting easier? it feels really good to sweat and have a cold shower afterwards 😂 day 6: done!!! 1 more day to go!! day 7: i couldn't do it today bc of school n work, i'll be back tmr!! day 8: DONE!!!!! I've completed this 7 day challenge!!!! 😭💖 I'm so proud of myself hahahahah conclusion: I lost 1,5 kg!! tbh I think this has a lot more to do with my diet bc i've been eating healthy and in a far smaller portion. but this 10 minute workout really helps me to start working out again!! after this i'm not gonna stop and i'm gonna do more workout and more frequently to get to my goal!! (also, I think get enough sleep is really, REALLY important! the first day doing this workout and eating healthy, i lost 0.5 kg. but the next 2 days i didn't get enough sleep and gained it back. but the next day, i had almost 10 hours of sleep and LOST 1 KG. getting enough sleep is important guys! trust me this really affects your weight, bc we burn the most calories when we sleep! get that 8 hours of beauty sleep 🌌🌟) best of lucks to you guys who's going to do this!! you're going to achieve your goal and feel happy and proud of yourself!! 💗💗

I started 3 days ago and have been doing it consistently every morning when I wake up. This is my 4th day. When i started this workout I was 50.1kg and when I weighed myself this morning I was 49.4kg. No special foods/diet. I'm just having my regular meals and they have always been small to medium meals. I used to snack on some goodies throughout the day but for some reason ig my stomach shrunk(?) idk if that's even possible but my cravings definitely reduced since I'm also having green tea once a day. This works and I would recommend doing this 10/10. My skin also cleared up because I sweat so much and it's crazy how much I sweat in just 10mins of doing this workout I'm gonna continue this for the next week as well 5th day today I'm super tired. I wasn't feeling too well yesterday because of the cold weather but I feel so much better after breaking a sweat
