Doing this for 10 days!! Current weight: 60kg Target: 55-50kg Day 1: ✅ First day was very tiring, i felt tired after 20 minutes but pushed myself to keep going! Started this on Apr 1st with weight 76.7kg and I’m down to 72.3 kg in 1.5 months (did it 5-6 times a week) and ate a heavy breakfast and didn’t eat anything after 7:00pm. I’m going to move on to doing 45 minute workouts now💞 thanks Emi❤️

Hi all! I did this for a month and noticed change in my body... initially I didn't check on my weight but after a week i observed it as 61.5 kg.... I did walking in the morning and exercised in the evening following with more basic healthy food diet which can be affordable in every household... after a month my weight is 58 kg....Also, i skipped only exercise for 4-5 days randomly overall in a month.... i took a break of 3 days now due to a bit laziness.... again need to start from today....my goal is 50 kg... please remind me to help you with my updates if needed any Don't give up guys have patience and sweat out yourself

guys heres a tip: don't starve yourself!! i was starving myself and i didn't lose any weight, however, when i started incorporating greens, fruits, etc. i lost weight! i know that you've probably heard incorporating those things before, but i'm telling ya'll, it is so helpful!! also being physical for 1 hour a day is very helpful, it's great for the mind, body, and soul- when i mean this, i mean try going outside rather than doing just at home workouts, cause while at home workouts are good, regular physical activity is even better; i recommend volleyball, walking, jump roping, and cycling! those are pretty low in intensity, but they still burn (volleyball is the only exception) and when i saw volleyball, i mean you can just bump the ball to yourself, i've been doing it, and i've been sweating sm and i get out of breath in like a second i've also been incorporating 20 min fast yoga into my routine (i usually do it before school), it wakes me ups and gives me a good burn but not an intense one :D also, don't exercise too much! only do HIIT 3-4 times a week i know this is basic stuff but i hope it'll help, and remember, don't stress it! there is no such thing as fast weight loss! it takes time to lose weight safely, and that's okay, because if u try to rush it then you'll be hungry and sore constantly, but if you go about it in a slow and steady approach, you'll be more energized, full, and even happy! slow and steady wins the race c:

@@muhahahaha9962 everyday before bedtime. I have tons of work in the morning so I decided to do it in the evening. And also, I only eat twice a day (11am and 5pm only). If you want to loose weight you need to cut all the unhealthy foods. 😊

REMIND ME TO UPDATE YALL. TODAY IS DAYYYY THREEEEE!!!! IM GOING TO DO THIS UNTIL FEBRUARY 28th (I won’t stop then but I’ll be comparing the pictures)I wake up at 6 am and do the workout at 6:30 and then I follow it with 4 ab videos by lily sabri. I alternate days from Abs/obliques/love handles to back/shoulders/Arms. But I always do this video first and I love it, I dread it sometimes but I push myself, I’m good as long as I have my music blasting in my ears😂

I am still doing this aiming the weight that I want to achieve (50 kg) on June. If I can do it and everyone else could then you could possibly do it. Just believe on yourself and on the process. I even had a fever so i needed to stop for 5 days. Gotta do better this September!! day one: was actually easier than I expected but still extremely hard. my legs are burning sm rn but im glad I’ve gone thru the whole thing and im extremely proud of my self, and u guys can do just put ur mind into it and remember, it depends on ur future. ok that’s really all lol byee. day two: today was WAY harder than day one bc the pain is still there so doubling it hurt so so so much but I made it thru and I’m proud of myself! I hope day three will be easier than day two bc omg today was hard to do, yea uhh that’s all I have to say I’ll update u guys tmrw day three: skipped day four: i did it and it was easier than day one but v much smilier to it day five: ok this hurt way way more than day two day six: skipped but I barely could walk from the day before day seven: one week mark!! this was really easy no pains i also enjoyed it day eight: skipped day nine: im about to do it so ill update u after, (I’m sorry if I forget abt this I’ll try not to) gave up lol now i gotta restart, but i did loose about 15 pounds (I did more than 7 days i did it for about a month or two)

General advice if you are a beginner do not attempt all the exercises in one go. Do 15min of the video for straight 1 or 2 weeks let your body adapt to it and then move ahead. Mark my words fat loss is a journey you won't get your results in a go and most importantly do mediation as well❤

Am I the only one who's weirdly embarrassed about people finding out that I work out? I can't really justify it,I'm not ashamed of my body or anything and I think working out is an admirable and incredibly beneficial thing,but still I'm so ashamed to be seen working out, especially by my family who pretty much know at this point due to the sweety workout attire in the dirty clothes bin. Mostly it is recommended to take break between workouts like doing on alternate days Did you do it everyday? I am 57 kilos and I wanted to lose like 2~3 kilos and some belly fat

@@hummingmoon2846 i abandoned salt sugar and any form of masala I ate fruits and salad , in the morning its eater oats or peanut butter on bread and as meals i had boiled fish or chicken with vegies and nuts as snacks . Dont forget to take shower after exercising

Today I got bullied at school for being overweight and I was really heartbroken about that and I was already uncomfortable about my weight for a long time. Now I'll be a better version of myself. It is time to change. I have a pear-shaped body(The thigh and hips areas are bulky). Starting from today Weight rn- 77.1 kg and my goal is to 55kg Height - 5.5 ft I'll be consistent and will check my weight after a week. Day 1 ✅- I gave my blood sweat and tears. Day 2 ✅-Done Day 3 ✅-skipped Day 4 ✅-Done Day 5 ✅- Done Day 6 ✅-Done( My body feels so light and i can already see the difference) Day 7 ✅- Done ( 74 kg rn) Day 8-9✅- Done Day 10-14✅-Done My current weight is 70kg. (Plz motivate me by leaving some comments. I've to show them how good I look. And one thing, those who bullied me were my close friends also my nickname is Pig Punky at school).
