YES. I'm disappointed that Amala is affirming the objective lie that it's somehow "mis-gendering", to point out the EVIDENCE-BASED OBJECTIVE TRUTH, that a biological man isn't a "lady". No, Roberts CORRECTLY gendered an evidence-based man, who dishonestly mis-genders HIMSELF... (And listen to the entitlement around 3:00, when he says "What the fvck did you just say to me?!?" This guy just CANNOT BELIEVE that someone would have the insolence, to speak the objective, evidence-based truth, that he's a man.... And Amala is actively AFFIRMING that entitlement, by playing along with the lie, that Roberts MIS-gendered this poor man, who is SOOOO super-duper -oppressed, that he's dumbfounded that ONE SINGLE person would dare break his 24/7 fetish-driven fantasy, of being the opposite sex...)

@@deshon3523 💯 So my internet access was very seriously monitored and censored up until I was like 13 because my older sister was caught watching porn when she was like 10. Kids still need protection from that, but nowadays the internet is also rampant with highly influential people spreading ideas inappropriate for kids. Kids are way way too impressionable and also tend to misinterpret controversial and highly nuanced positions. They just aren't equipped to understand these conversations. My parents quit seriously monitoring my internet access as a teen because they knew they could trust me, but the internet was NOWHERE near what it is today.

The way people like Amala just accept, and even actively affirm this insane, authoritarian ideology, that feels entitled to openly demand universal alliegance to it's (100% evidence-free) faith-based RELIGIOUS claims, that some biological, evidence-based men can be "REALLY a woman" (in some mystical sense, that they can't even DEFINE, let alone support with evidence) is pathetic. It blows my mind that ANYONE should ever be afraid to openly speak the simple, objective, evidence-based truth that biological men can't be "ladies"... If these nuts want to adopt this goofball ideology, which asserts that WISHING has the magical power to turn men into "women" (again, in whatever undefinable, mystical, fairy-dust sense of what the word "woman" means), THEY should be free to adopt that belief, if they choose; "Freedom of religion" means people should be free to adopt WHATEVER insane, evidence-free belief, if they want- Belief that Mohammed flew to the moon on a donkey, or that Jesus magically multiplied loaves of bread and fishes, or even belief that men can becoms "women", merely by speaking the magical spell "I identify as female"... ...but for good reason, there's always been a hard line between the freedom to adopt YOUR OWN belief, however crazy it may seem to others, vs the """freedom""" to IMPOSE YOUR BELIEFS ONTO EVERYONE ELSE... Christians and atheists have had a lot of beef, over the last few centuries, and I don't imagine that the differences between the two belief systems is going to vanish anytime soon.... But the one thing both Christians AND atheists have almost universally agreed upon, is that even those on the other side of the argument, have the right to choose, and openly voice, their own sincerely-held beliefs... I have never of EITHER Christians, OR atheists, trying to demand that everyone must PRETEND to share [my side's] beliefs, and/or be punished for admitting that they DON'T share [my side's] beliefs, the way that the authoritarian religion of evidence-free "gender" demands so openly... They throw words like "racist" and "nahtzee" around, for the most petty reasons... But if ANYONE resembles the authoritarian ideologies of the mid-20th century, it's the ideology who openly demand censorship of dissenters, who threatens, and often enacts violence (ESPECIALLY male violence/threats against women- "punch TERFS", "stab a TERF" etc), against anyone who dares to openly admit to rejecting evidence-free, 100% faith-based RELIGIOUS beliefs, such as the belief that men can be "REALLY a woman", and vice versa... We need to start calling this out, for what it is- An entitled, inherently-authoritarian RELIGION...

Why bring something up that happened on a production set, years later. In my opinion, that just screams out "I need more attention". Just like some of the actors on the Glee set attacking Lea Michelle years later. What is the point, we all know that not all actors are nice people. Bravo to those students that protested to stand up for high school girls. What I don't understand, is why these school boards can't just assign specific restrooms in the school as transgender only instead of compromising the girls safety.

Well I will say we do this all the time. In the film industry you get with people and just tell stories about different sets you have worked on and stories about actors that you have worked with. She could be equally as offended by people equating womanhood to a man’s superficial sexist view of what he thinks women are and what women boil down to. If womanface was treated like blackface you wouldn’t say that SHE was the one “ruffling feathers” but rather you’d say that Emma was standing her ground and being a leader/ not taking bullshit. The only reason that people are making it seem like the problem is Emma Roberts is because this new aged misogyny and blackface equivalency is not demonized, but currently celebrated. I usually agree with you guys but not here. Also just because someone is good at acting or has played a certain genre of characters more than once does not mean that they are just like the characters that they play. Maybe they’re just talented and ya know… an actor or actress lmao. It’s called acting for a reason. Juvenile take. If that logic were applied to more actresses and actors who had a bad day or 1 bad experience broadcasted than a lot of actors would be seen as horrific psychopaths for merely acting and starring in thrillers but nobody thinks that because that’s a ridiculous notion. Now what you’re saying is that the male can be offended but the real woman can’t? You’re being a little inconsistent here. Blackface and womanface are essentially the same concept but one is demonized and one is celebrated right now in this current decade. This entire thing is one giant hypocritical circle jerk and I’m over it lol. If someone referred to a white person in blackface as a black person I would correct them too🤷🏽‍♀️ just saying. I’m all about respecting others and keeping the peace but it’s crystal clear to me what makes sense and what doesn’t. Truth matters and you can’t pick and choose what caricatures of mockery are cool or despicable. It’s either ALL offensive or it’s all acceptable, stunning, and brave. If you say womanface is fine and blackface isn’t than you’re just a hypocrite who follows whatever is currently palpable and popular. We’ll see if that holds up in the next 50 years or if people will look back at this time and question why nobody stood their ground against this nonsense in the same way that we look back at minstrel shows. And I don’t want anyone to comment coming at me for saying that because first off I’m correct and second I’m a black woman aka female and it’s common sense to see the similarities of blackface and womanface. Again the only difference is what is currently socially acceptable right now in 2023. I totally agree! Denying someone including a male in the word “ladies” is standing up against this façade. It’s incredibly offensive that men think they can be women. I don’t know how Emma Roberts is, and maybe she could’ve said it another way, but she isn’t wrong for what she did. It also doesn’t mean she is a mean person, just maybe someone tired of being disrespected by men dressed like women.

My heart breaks for young boys and young girls. Growing up I didn’t have much tech and I wasn’t radicalized until I was in my teens when I started having social media. I specifically remember as a kid before I was indoctrinated, I pictured myself with a husband and a beautiful family with children, staying at home and feeding babies. As you can imagine, that did a complete 180. Now that I’m no longer a extreme leftist, it’s exactly what I want, still. And these poor boys are being told that they’re evil just for being masculine. And these poor girls are being told we can do it all and more without those evil men. I tell you what, having a strong masculine man in my life take charge of protecting and providing has made me happier than I can imagine. Feminism was supposed to be that if you wanted to work, you have the right to do so. But if women so much as want something more traditional, we’re evil and part of the patriarch. I can understand wanting to go into a bathroom and feel safe as a trans person but that's literally how everyone feels no matter your sex. So to make them feel safe we have to give up our comfort and safety as a result? It seems that's just what they want. For us to be uncomfortable and not feel safe so we "understand how they feel". Yet it's just perpetuating disrespect which is also ironic because they'll cry for respect while giving us none. Get a full size handicap bathroom for them if that's what they truly want. I think the biggest difference now is our society doesn’t teach kids respect or how to be accountable for their own actions. Adults don’t know how to be respectful or take accountability for their actions anymore either. I saw it all of the time when I was a teacher. No one was responsible for what came out of their mouths or their actions. It was always someone else’s fault.

Anthropology grad here! Stonehenge was built over a very long period of time in stages. It has 2 different types of stone, from 2 different locations. Large groups, of people would go on a semi cerimonial journey to collect these stones. We are thinking they log rolled them to their locations. There is also a location called Woodhendge. Its believed that Stonehenge was used in for the winter solstice and symbolized spirit cause stone is "dead", and that the Woodhenge was used for spring solstice and symbolized life and new begginigns. Due to the ice caps and where Brittian was attached to Europe people came and left too often (along with animals) for stonehenge to be built (this took a few hundred+ years to fully build) and to have a true period of human evolution in that area. Then that whole island was separated by water. There is way more indepth info on all of this, but this is the comment section and im at work with other things to do 😅

I love that he brought Eminem up. Just reminds me that there were a lot of "adults" trying to say all these things were "ruining" us when we were growing up. No, I still have respect for women, even if I listened to Eminem. No, I did not become violent because my video games had shooting in them lol Just has me hoping that, just like my generation did, kids can sift through all the "bad" out there and still become decent human beings at the end of it all.

People will definitely ask Emma Roberts about this, and not her hitting Evan Peters, because sadly, in this country, men are far less protected than men dressing as women (trans women).

It’s idiotic how people are obsessed with race and skin color when EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE is mixed ethnicity. Even if u don’t think you’re mixed, YOU ARE! I grew up in a Spanish American household, (not realizing that I was Spanish until I was a teen) bcuz we grew up in a normal American town with the friendliest Americans. I couldn’t ask for a better environment! I always assumed that I looked exactly like my American friends & neighbors bcuz no one treated me different than the next person

Regarding the Roman Empire, my daughter came to me with that question too, because apparently it is a trend on TikTok. My answer was "At least once a week" (because I 'm passionate about History, and the Roman Empire is basically the basis and the foundational parent of the Western Civilization). She laughed loudly, and then explained to me that seems to be a "male issue" (much to my surprise) 🤣

I think about the Roman empire a lot too... I'm a woman. I think it depends how interested a person is in history, and history isn't really something girls are usually encouraged to be interested in. Kids are definitely raised differently. It starts as young as a few months old, all the boys clothes have trucks and dinosaurs on.. but the girls have hearts and flowers. By the time girls are teens, they feel reluctant to do anything "boys" would and don't want to be seen as tom-boy so they just never become interested in it, and therefore never think about it.

I actually think about it a lot too! I’m a woman and just see our modern society as much like the Roman Empire and see this time as a parallel to the decline and fall of the Roman Empire. The USA is no longer the world power it used to be and we are becoming a joke to the rest of the world. I also think a lot about Sodom and Gamorrah and the parallels to our society. We are a hot mess in so many ways and we need more people to recognize the path that is being pushed my the “main stream” is not right and will lead to our demise.

About the Roman Empire, it might be on men's minds more often due to dealing with laws and contracts all the time - Western legal and administration systems are based on the Ancient Roman judiciall and bureaucratic institutions.

I think it is on people’s minds because just like the end of the Roman Empire, it feels like our society is also in the end times with the out of control sexual depravity, narcissism and greed which is rampant as it appeared to be in those last days of Rome.

I see many kids at work everyday. The trends and likes/dislikes have changed vastly since I was a kid. Many people claim this happens over the ages again and again. However, I would argue its not just interests and entertainment that has changed but many values or opinions on how to act properly within society. There will always be kids who act immature and make potty humor non-stop or try and find every which way to cheat in games/activities. There will always be that kid who bullies another kid or a kid who is constantly feeling attacked even when they really shouldnt. They do those things because THEY ARE immature and havent learned when not to yet or how often something is accepted. Btw I generally am not thinking about the roman empire. I will attribute it to things that relate to the time when they come up. Like I loved the monty python bit biggus dickus. So when rome comes up I think about it. When I see greek and roman architextures I might attribute it to the roman empire or the greeks/romans. I might think of them when I see pidgeons because of the whole secret pidgeon messanger systems. As for the whole woke takeover im sad about how its affecting things the way it does. Both in terms of sexual preference or gender debates and the racial debates. I loved the 1st two how to train your dragon movies. The 3rd kind of started to lose my interest. So seeing this happen crushes my heart. I absolutely hate what this is doing to society. When it comes to religion too. Rather than having the freedom to express your own beliefs it seems like everyone is trying to silence them all. My education was so poor. I thought humanity had seen the moon since we were 1st around on this earth almost every night. I didnt know it only came out when Lizzo pulls her pants down. 😂

Being “nice” is one of the reasons why our society is in the mess we are: enabling this gender ideology madness just to get along and not be bullied into ideology compliance will never stop until we all quit being nice and start being honest which I believe now will never happen so we are now stuck living in this craziness for ever

Genetic analysis of Cheddar Man suggests that he had blue eyes and dark skin. Presumably that’s where the conceit of the book comes from. The real fallacy is in mapping modern ideas about race into the past. Cheddar Man certainly wasn’t “Black” in the modern capitalized usage. To think so would be reductionist in the extreme, similar to classifying Norse and Han Chinese as the same “race” due to their equally fair skin. There’s no debate about whether Stonehenge could have been built by humans, by the way (of course it was 😂); rather, we aren’t sure exactly how it was done. Bernard Cornwell (author of The Last Kingdom and its book series) has a book by the eponymous name including a detailed plausible portrayal of the construction of Stonehenge. Re the Romans… as the above paragraphs suggest, I think about them daily. 😂

Yes all Europeans had dark skin, then they’re skin lightened as an adaption to absorb more sunlight it isn’t a new fact. Some people misdirect these sorts of things to act like Europe was ‘stole’ from black people or something
