true, I like her reviews. She is so sophisticated about it. it's lovely really.
@catherinejustcatherine17784 жыл бұрын
Yes, she's so very openminded, accepting & inclusive. She's also honest, while being as polite as possible. I think I have only seen her spit out one thing. She did it gracefully & subtly & in her sincere & non judgmental way, calmly described why she wouldn't finish it. (I believe some completely unacceptable, for her, combination of taste & texture. ) then, as she ladies, said that if people like....(that combination) they will like (whatever it was).

@NaeniaNightingale3 жыл бұрын
People who don’t like spicy anything shouldn’t do taste tests about them since they won’t give a fair description on the flavors. They will just be stuck on how spicy it is. This is why I like watching Emmy because she’s open minded and even if she happen not to like something she still tell about the flavors. I myself love spicy food, I draw my line at ghost pepper.... when I tried a sauce with it... I lost the ability of using my taste buds for several days afterwards. That was some awful days xD

Turns out Takis has made its way to Montreal Canada. I have actually bought some from local markets. We have a growing Mexican immigrant population here, so markets are importing familiar foods.

I'm in Chicago and the store at the end of my block have a whole rack dedicated to Mexican chips. They're hidden away by the fruits and vegetables, which is weird, why not put them with all the other chips common chips and stuff. They're good, I don't really eat chips but I always get that instead of the regular stuff. 👍
@drasco610849 жыл бұрын
I saw Mexican stuff reasonably priced at Walmart near Dallas, TX. Takis, Sabritones, Churritos. Of course probably made in the USA not Mexico. They taste a little different.
@albertofernandez33528 жыл бұрын
Piñatas were originally seven pointed paper mache figures representing the seven deadly sins. That's why you beat them on Posadas around Christmas, apart from being blindfolded, you're spun around so it's harder, and then once you defeat the piñata, when you defeat the sins you get the sweets ! Then, the tradition was spread around and used for birthdays as a fun activity for kids

She wasn't mixing Spanish words together you dumb fuck she was stating the names of candies which are IN SPANISH. I'm not sure if you've realized this but Mexico isn't the only country who speaks Spanish. But yes white people always insult Mexicans because they're too ignorant to know that 21 other countries speak Spanish. One last thing every time I hear a white person insulting a Mexican I always think of some fat ass motherfucker typing away on their computer and eating McDonald's and is pale as fucking paper. This is coming from someone who lives in Italy.

I love how Emmy tries all kinds of different flavors from all over the world, and she is analyzes and tries to understand the flavors even if it is very foreign for her, i am from mexico, and all of the other videos of people trying mexican candy, they make disgusted faces, they cough, spit out and call mexican tamarind as if they were pieces of poop, its so cool seeing her try different things even when its not her favorite things, she tries to give an opinion that is actually informative, instead of crying and complaining about the spice :D Plus, in every video you can really tell she makes an effort to research pronunciation, from spanish, to hungarian, she nails it !
