EMOM is fun! Thanks for the great workout. I agree that physiotherapists are a great support when injured. It would be great to hear you give a shout out to athletic therapists too! They are an amazing help to those with injuries. Mine has really helped me improve my mobility after breaking my humorous.

Finally getting back to this 25 in 25 challenge after having a broken water heater for a week in winter!! Very humbling experience just seeing what we take for granted every day like having electricity with the flip of a switch and running hot and cold water with the turn of a tap!!

Hi PJ, My daughter and I did this workout after running a 5K for the LAKings Foundation today. Got our heart rates up and torched some muscles with this great workout. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for us. Between your workouts, my husband and my bike rides and watching my caloric intake(lost 25 lbs), I'm in better shape and I did better on my 5K finish time than I thought I would. I haven't done one of these races since before Covid, so I'm really happy with the results. Thank you so much. See you tomorrow!🙂

Day 13 done! I love a good cardio EMOM :) And I just got a rebounder so I did all the high impact moves on that- SO much fun! And a lot easier on my knees and hips. Thanks for another great workout PJ!

Wow Day 13 done that was fun PJ! I almost did four rounds lol! My BPM has never been this high working out with you! Amazing! More of these workouts please? I have to say you are wonderful with your pep talks, prevention of injuries, and love the modification as not to disturb my neighbors. I am getting stronger everyday and I kept up with you! Looking forward to Day 14. Have a wonderful day!

PJ I love this 25 in 25 challenge! First time doing a workout challenge. I wake up every morning EXCITED to work out b/c I get to do something different each time. I actually feel MOTIVATED to workout at home! What a difference that makes!!! Thank you so much for doing this!

I loved this workout so much. My heart is full for many reason (mostly due to my heavy breathing). LOL, but I love cardio so much. It just makes me happy to know I can mostly keep up even at 61! Have a great Sunday. xo

really really enoying the 25 in 25 challenge. so fun! I've discovered I really enjoy working out in silence! There's often more than enough going on in our brains already and I feel a lot more mentally energised when I'm done.

First time doing an EMOM cardio and I loved it! Knowing that my rest time depended on how fast I completed the 12 reps kept me motivated to moving. Thanks for this fun introduction to EMOM!

OH that was fun. So true what you said about physical therapist. I thought I threw out my lower back and it was that little hip muscle you talked about causing me so many problems. Went to PT and now I’m back to keeping up with you. :) Keep up the great work.

I am doing the 25 in 25 and totally fell behind. However, I am catching up and I LOVED this one! I did a mix of the modified and followed along with PJ. Great workout, lots of fun!
