They are an amazing help to those with injuries. Mine has really helped me improve my mobility after breaking my humorous.

Finally getting back to this 25 in 25 challenge after having a broken water heater for a week in winter!! Very humbling experience just seeing what we take for granted every day like having electricity with the flip of a switch and running hot and cold water with the turn of a tap!!

Hi PJ, My daughter and I did this workout after running a 5K for the LAKings Foundation today. Got our heart rates up and torched some muscles with this great workout. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for us. Between your workouts, my husband and my bike rides and watching my caloric intake(lost 25 lbs), I'm in better shape and I did better on my 5K finish time than I thought I would. I haven't done one of these races since before Covid, so I'm really happy with the results. Thank you so much. See you tomorrow!🙂

Day 13 done! I love a good cardio EMOM :) And I just got a rebounder so I did all the high impact moves on that- SO much fun! And a lot easier on my knees and hips. Thanks for another great workout PJ!

The Emom Cardio workout was great - did some of the low impact although (as usual) worked up a good sweat and heart rate - thank you so much - Peggy
